We was here last summer in Piazza Re Di Roma. Second day Lucia , very nice girl, she told us so here is problem with electric and we need to move to another house, maybe 10 minutes walk. Anyway both rooms was very tidy and nice, with air conditioner. Lucia looks after us, I still remember her :)

We booked hotel roi but they took us to another building. Witch I guess is owned by the hotel. The room was really nice it was on the fourth floor but it was a bit noisy since its just at the roundabout. So if you don't mind the noise of police cars and ambulances then it's okay. We were only... More

We had a reservation made and confirmed 25 days before our arrival date. Upon our arrival the receptionist told us there was a problem with our room but they would find another accommodation for us. A miserable bed and breakfast room without any of the features stated in the booking.com site We realized it is a regular procedure in the... More

Dear Guest, we really apologize for the inconvenience but, on the same time, we must reply to your hard review about us. Sometimes, in hotels, happen some problems that force the displacement of the guests in other properties. This is definitely not our procedure and we regret that this issue has happened with your booking. Regarding the breakfast, you received... More

Been here twice this year (June & October). The rooms are pretty basic, but very clean; For me this was perfect. Next to this the Staff was helpful and friendly. Biggest plus of this hotel was the location: next to a metro stop. I'm planning to go back to Rome next year, and I will definitely book this hotel again!

We booked a quad room in the Roi Hotel at the Piazza Dei Re Di Roma for the proximity to the Metro. I dropped off my family with all of our luggage after a 5-day driving tour of the Peloponnese. I left them there so I could return the rental car, thinking that they only had to check in and... More

I stay there and it was a very good place, comfortable, clean and very near to the metro station. You can walk to the Coliseum and you will be there in 20 minutes, in the Re di Roma Square (where the hotel is) you can find some wonderful pizza restaurant, very cheap and with different kind of pizza. The attention... More

This was booked online and boy, was it one misleading posting! The one and ONLY good thing about the hotel was fact that it was extremely close to the Subway. The fact that all hotel rooms were on the first floor and facing the busy Ring road, meant traffic and siren sounds all night. The AC was broken in the... More

The hotel was clean, tidy and very very close to the metro station (approximately 50 metres to re di roma station). The staff was generous, friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and had nothing bad. The price was the lowest of booking.com, so to be honest we weren’t hoping having this comfort. Altough a bit small, the... More
