Detailed Reviews
We booked this as it was large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The whole process was really good and efficient. Paulo and Rebecca are absolutely great, they help you out and they can't do enough for you. Before I set off for Rome I messaged them to ask if they could sort out a transfer from fiumincio airport to the accommodation, they sorted that for me. Then when my flights out were cancelled and I could only get a flight out that I needed an extra night stay, again I messaged them and they were able to accommodate me. Then when I was at the airport to depart for Rome my flight was delayed by 90 minutes I messaged them to tell them and they sorted my transfer out, they also sent me a message with the taxi drivers name and phone number in case there was a problem.
When I arrived in Rome I got a message from the taxi driver telling me where he was. When we finally got to the accommodation at 3AM Rebecca was there ready to accommodate us and she showed us around the apartment and told us everything that we needed to know, nothing was a problem to her and she answered our questions.
This was a 2 bedroom apartment, in bedroom 1 there was a bunk bed, wardrobe with a safe in it, patio doors which led to a small balcony overlooking a street. In bedroom 2 there was a double bed, TV, cupboard, 2 floor to ceiling wardrobes, fridge, sink, and cupboards with crockery and utensils in, a small hob, kettle. The fridge was stocked with 4 bottles of water, yoghurt, and a large bowl of fruit. All was replaced everyday except the water as this was only for arrival as water is safe to drink in Rome. There was a continental style breakfast left in the room for you to enjoy at your own leisure.
The bathroom consisted of a shower, toilet, beday, sink with large mirror on the wall, hair dryer.
I believe Paulo and Rebecca do tours of Rome but we did not ask for any of these. They are on hand everyday if you want to ask anything they are always willing to help you.
This is in a central location about a 6-7 minute walk from the Spanish steps, this is also the nearest metro station.
I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

it's a lovely room ideal for 4 and for family. the kitchen is so good and the fridge. the air conditioning woks very well and the location is perfect. We recommend it. The room, everyday is cleaned and new breakfast. I ask for soya milk and no problem. You have iogurts, toasts, cookies, butter, jam oil and coffee or tea. We had to buy only fresh products like eggs, ham or cheese.

Fantastic facility! The room was very clean with all amenities. The room has a kitchenette with literally everything. The room has: an iron, a hair dryer, a toaster, a juicer, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine and a milk frother!!!! All breakfast products (toast bread, jams, butter, cereals, juice boxes, milk, fresh oranges, coffee capsules) are replenished every morning. The owner Paolo and his sons are very helpful and always happy to help. The location is fantastic! All major tourist attractions can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. Paolo, grazie mille per il meraviglioso soggiorno.

One of the best places we've stayed in Europe. Ms. Rebecca and Paolo were just wonderful and hosts, very helpful and reply fast with any requests or questions you have. Location is excellent, walking distance to Metro, good restaurants and lots of attractions. Room is always clean and fridge fully stock. Will definitely stay here again. Ms. Rebecca and Paolo, Thank you!!!!

The apartments are fantastic! In the heart of Rome, but with so much room, it was totally unexpected!
We appreciated being able to make hot drinks, toast, sandwiches, and very much appreciated the breakfast food that was left for us for each morning.
I highly recommend, we had a fantastic stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in the smaller suite at the back of the property. The location is excellent, as is the neighbourhood with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere but averaged 28,000 steps a day!
As others have said, the breakfast is nice, quite light but was enough for us.
Rebecca and Paulo are great hosts, very welcoming and responded immediately to a couple of very minor issues we had (they really were minor, too). Communication was excellent.
We'd have no hesitation in booking again.

+1
We were contacted a few days before by Mr Paolo to find out the time of our arrival! On the day of arrival we were welcomed by Mr Paolo who immediately showed us our room (Topazio), explained everything to us and handed over the keys! We can say that the cleanliness was impeccable as was the service provided to us! The breakfast dedicated to us was plentiful and with excellent quality products
What can I say, everything is truly top notch
We will return to them on our next trip!

Perfect location in Rome, spotless clean apartment.
Few more blankets would be beneficial for the apartment, also could have some cheese and ham for breakfast. I would like to mention also the dryers in both bathrooms, they were taking around 30 mins to dry short hairs, I jist can imagine how much electricity they used.
Otherwise, we spent a great time in the apartment.

The location is great to visit all of the sites of Rome. All are walkable or off the Metro and the Metro station is close. Paulo is a wonderful host and provides helpful information on where to eat locally, shop and visit. Our rooms were clean and nice. The air conditioning was great and needed! Thanks for a wonderful four days in Rome for my family!

There is a wardrobe/closet with some hangers for clothes. It seems every suite has one and it's ample in size. As for an iron, I don't remember seeing one, but I could be wrong because we didn't need it. I'm sure if you ask them, they most likely can obtain one for you since they are very helpful and nice.
They do not have laundry facilities but in their helpful guide the list a couple of nearby self-service laundry places.
