We booked this as it was large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The whole process was really good and efficient. Paulo and Rebecca are absolutely great, they help you out and they can't do enough for you. Before I set off for Rome I messaged them to ask if they could sort out a transfer from fiumincio airport to the accommodation, they sorted that for me. Then when my flights out were cancelled and I could only get a flight out that I needed an extra night stay, again I messaged them and they were able to accommodate me. Then when I was at the airport to depart for Rome my flight was delayed by 90 minutes I messaged them to tell them and they sorted my transfer out, they also sent me a message with the taxi drivers name and phone number in case there was a problem. When I arrived in Rome I got a message from the taxi driver telling me where he was. When we finally got to the accommodation at 3AM Rebecca was there ready to accommodate us and she showed us around the apartment and told us everything that we needed to know, nothing was a problem to her and she answered our questions. This was a 2 bedroom apartment, in bedroom 1 there was a bunk bed, wardrobe with a safe in it, patio doors which led to a small balcony overlooking a street. In bedroom 2 there was a double bed, TV, cupboard, 2 floor to ceiling wardrobes, fridge, sink, and cupboards with crockery and utensils in, a small hob, kettle. The fridge was stocked with 4 bottles of water, yoghurt, and a large bowl of fruit. All was replaced everyday except the water as this was only for arrival as water is safe to drink in Rome. There was a continental style breakfast left in the room for you to enjoy at your own leisure. The bathroom consisted of a shower, toilet, beday, sink with large mirror on the wall, hair dryer. I believe Paulo and Rebecca do tours of Rome but we did not ask for any of these. They are on hand everyday if you want to ask anything they are always willing to help you. This is in a central location about a 6-7 minute walk from the Spanish steps, this is also the nearest metro station. I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Paolo & Rebecca great hosts. Paolo is so helpful, nothing fazes him. Certainly a great find that ticks all the boxes. Close to everywhere, nice restaurants abound. Rooms very clean & fridge stocked every day. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is great to visit all of the sites of Rome. All are walkable or off the Metro and the Metro station is close. Paulo is a wonderful host and provides helpful information on where to eat locally, shop and visit. Our rooms were clean and nice. The air conditioning was great and needed! Thanks for a wonderful four days in Rome for my family!

We stayed for 4 nights in the smaller suite at the back of the property. The location is excellent, as is the neighbourhood with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere but averaged 28,000 steps a day! As others have said, the breakfast is nice, quite light but was enough for us. Rebecca and Paulo are great hosts, very welcoming and responded immediately to a couple of very minor issues we had (they really were minor, too). Communication was excellent. We'd have no hesitation in booking again.

it's a lovely room ideal for 4 and for family. the kitchen is so good and the fridge. the air conditioning woks very well and the location is perfect. We recommend it. The room, everyday is cleaned and new breakfast. I ask for soya milk and no problem. You have iogurts, toasts, cookies, butter, jam oil and coffee or tea. We had to buy only fresh products like eggs, ham or cheese.

Always a debate to stay in a hotel or in an apartment. In case of Rome, we decided to stay in this apartment, and we never regret. Owners always ready to help you with your inquiry. Good breakfast, excellent coffee, and small kitchen with few pans and pots, so you can cook for yourself. We did it. Like anywhere in Rome, if you are a light sleeper, ask for an apartment at the higher floor. Very unique even for Rome hotels, card reader to your room. You always feel safe and private. No problem with wi-fi. I recommend it, and if we visit Rome again we will stay there. Close to metro station. 5 min to Via del Corso, famous prestigious boutique center. Walking distance to places like Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, nice walking through Rome to Piazza Navone and/or Pantheon. Many off touristy pizzeria, local small “deli”, and restaurants.

Ripetta 25 is in a 10+ location!!! And the staff is a 10++ Paolo and Rebecca are both amazing host and people. They both are willing to go the extra mile and make your stay fantastic! On one of our stays in Oct. Paolo walked us to the Dr. and stayed at the clinic until we were finished! They both are extremely helpful....from booking a tour, booking a transfer or giving recommendations for the best gelato in Italy (ask Paolo). The rooms/apartments are great too. We have stayed in 4 different one and all were great. The only negative is being in a great location means a bit of street noise at night and early in the morning. I am a very light sleeper but would give up a little sleep for this place! ❤️❤️

Ok room and situated near the Popol place, but they did not have a terrible breakfast. To much noise from neigboring room. Too expensive compared to hotels. Cleaning not very good. Have visited the place two times, but will not use it anymore.

My daughter and 2 of our friends recently stayed at Ripetta 25. The location was excellent, the apartment was clean, the coffee and food much appreciated. The absolute best was Paulo, our host. He met us when we arrived and was so helpful. The second day we were there my daughter fell and it was evident that she needed medical attention. We called Paulo and he came right over. He called a doctor for us and the doctor was waiting for us at the hospital! We were so appreciative. Paulo even texted to check on her later that evening. (Fortunately, she was OK.) I can't recommend Ripetta 25 highly enough. It was truly full service - talk about Italian hospitality! Thank you!!!
