Had a lovely couple of nights here, first of all struggled to find the place though eventually worked out where the hotel was. we used the metro to get around and was really easy €7 a day. Get the metro to flamino and the hotel is a 5 minute walk from there walk out of flamino station turn left and...

This hotel has a very B&B feel, very friendly staff, the walls in our room were quite thin, but we were honestly not bothered by it, but maybe not suitable for everyone. They had a nice breakfast, and the hotel has a very good location with a 3 minute walk to the metro, and only 5-10 minute walk to shops...

Clean rooms on 3rd floor (lift available) of large building. Look for brass plaque outside rather than hotel sign! Right near Piazza del Popolo and metro stop. Valentina and staff friendly and accommodating. Not on site 24 hours. But contactable and helpful. Minor issues (air con) resolved promptly. Good beds. No shower curtains makes keeping the bathroom floor dry a...

Small private place in a business building. The room, bed, and linens were clean. The two people running it were very nice and friendly. We arrived late and she stayed late to let us in but that cost an extra €10. It's located on a really busy intersection and right on a train stop. Noise was hard to get away...

We arrived earlier than check in time and pleasantly surprised that our room was ready! Valentina recognised us as we were here last year also! Lovely clean room and good breakfast! Thank you Valentina and all the team for your hospitality! We will be back again next year as this is our base in Rome!

This b&b had a wonderful housekeeping staff that is ready to serve you with a smile. The location is fair and the price is cheaper if you book far in advance. My only caveat is that the room I got placed in was very noisy. As we traveled in April, it wasn't as cold anymore and my family wanted to...

The location was the main reason my wife and I picked the Relais Piazza Del Popolo. We stayed here for 5 nights in early Sept. However, we were equally pleased with the room. We had a room backing onto the inner court instead of the street so it was very quiet. There are only 6 rooms in this B&B. Breakfast...

the pros: we were first met with a lovely smile by a very friendly young lady, explained the map of rome and the nearby attractions. the apartment makes you feels at home, with parquet flooring and a kitchen and dining area to be used by all the guests. it is also highly appreciated that the team is very considerable to...

We truly felt at home during our 6 night stay at the Relais. The location was so convenient, first arriving by Metro just steps away, then as a great starting point to all of Rome's attractions. Everything was walkable, the furthest point likely being the Colosseum (about a 30 min walk). Spent most nights enjoying gelato in the Piazza. Despite...

A comfortable bed & good pillows...really that's all a hotel room is about, isn't it? Unfortunately the beds here need an upgrade & the pillows flat & firm. The position near the lovely Piazza Del Popolo is good alas like most of Rome you couldn't get near to the fountains as it's all under repair. The rooms are well appointed...

Staying in Parioli

Neighborhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavor of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
