    beware that you might end up transfered to another accomodations without prior notice. they moved us to another small hotel where the kitchen had 2 chairs and the breakfast could only afford maybe 2-3 couples from 0730-1030 since there is not enough food for all...More

    Yes, you can because the owner lives in one of the apartments in the hotel. Inform him before hand so that he knows to expect you.
