Gianluca was such a warm and welcoming host! After getting us settled into our room, he sat down with us to get us situated in Rome and make suggestions around sites to enjoy, restaurants to visit, walks to do; a very helpful overview of the best that the city had to offer! My daughter and I took his advice and had a wonderful visit to the Eternal City. I recommend QuodLibet to any friends and family travelling to Italy. We are looing forward to returning for a visit in the not too distant future! Thank you Gianluca and Connie!

This was our third stay at QuodLibet. We really love this B&B and we will come back for sure. We like that it's so close to the Vatican, and with the Metro nearby it is really easy to get around. Each morning we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast on the lovely rooftop. As in our previous stays Gianluca provided so many useful tips and suggested places to visit - thank you ever so much. Gianluca is truly caring and his hospitality comes straight from the heart - this makes such a big difference!

Wonderful Bed & Breakfast!! We had a truly wonderful stay at the Quodlibet in September. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfasts on the lovely rooftop patio were delicious and plentiful (I particularly loved the pastries from the 24-hr bakery downstairs!!). The patio was also a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening after a full day of sightseeing. However, it was their personal touches and professionalism that made all the difference! As others have noted, when we checked in, Gianluca sat down with us and patiently mapped out everything -- restaurants, attractions, metro stops, etc. We absolutely wore that map out. They also served our breakfast to us early on those mornings where we had to leave before the normal breakfast hours. And on the morning of our departure, Gianluca saved the day for us. I had made arrangements on my own prior to arriving in Rome for a car service to take us to the airport. Well, Gianluca, waited patiently with us that morning to make sure the car would arrive, and when it didn’t (!), he quickly and efficiently called a taxi. That kind of service is special indeed. We loved our time in Rome and, in particular, our stay at the Quodlibet. We can’t wait to go back!!

Dear BluebirdGal, how nice to read your review. Thank you for mentioning the breakfast patio on the terrace which is also perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. We were perfectly on time that morning with a taxi ... we know these things might happen, so it is always a good idea to double-check that everything arranged by our guests' works. We can't wait to meet you again here at QuodLibet bed and breakfast next time you visit Rome

This was our first trip to Rome and I believe we wouldn't have been able to experience that much of its culinary and cultural highlights if it weren't for Gianluca. The strategic location of this hotel (right behind the Vatican) allowed us to explore the entire city by foot. Upon arrival, Gianluca sat down with us, gave us a map of Rome and marked all neighbourhoods, how to get there, what cultural monuments were to be visited and where to eat. This way we were able to make an excellent plan for each day of our stay. EACH AND EVERY restaurant he recommended blew us away with its fresh and local cuisine (no tourist traps at all!). Our room was super clean and spacious, breakfast was served on this super romantic balcony overlooking the city and the host's friendliness and efforts to accommodate every wish and answer every question was out of this world. We are planning to visit Rome again and will certainly stay at QuodLibet again. Thank you, Gianluca!

Dear 693stefg, thank you!! We are so happy to read such a great review. We are very happy that you enjoyed the whole city of Rome just walking from our location. As for the restaurants, you are right, you might like them or not, but they are not tourist traps. Usually our guests like the ones we suggest, as in your case. We also like that you defined our terrace "romantic". The terrace is our everyday place of interaction, the place where you will see us surely every morning before you start your Roman sightseeing session. We really look forward to meeting you next time you visit Rome!

Our 10 day stay in Rome at the QuodLibet was most incredible! The accommodations met every one of our expectations and the staff and owners were extremely attentive and helpful. Everything was perfect from its’ convenient location, the quaint roof top breakfast every morning, our charming room, and the 24 hour Italian bakery in the building that I called my “best friend”! After a day of sightseeing, we looked forward to the comforts of our room...it was definitely our “feel good” place to return to at the end of the day. We can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend the QuodLibet. Thank you GianLuca and staff for a wonderful stay in Rome ❤️

Dear PTGK, thank you very much for your nice review! We are so happy that you have defined QuodLibet your “feel good” place to return to. QuodLibet should be mostly a home away from home, a place where every guest should feel more than welcome. So a perfect definition for us! The bakery downstairs, which is famous in the whole city, is a source of sweetness with its smell for the whole building. So some aromatherapy is also on-site! We look forward to meeting you next time you visit Rome!!
