Eitch Borromini is located inside Palazzo Pamphilj, ordered by Pope Innocenzo X and designed by Francesco Borromini in the XVIIth century with exquisitely furbished guest rooms equipped with every comfort. Six floors throughout, surrounded by bell towers, magnificent terraces with unequaled views of Rome and secret passageways that lead to internal views of the church and of St. Agnese in Agone, the baroque masterpiece next to us. ‘Terrazza Borromini’ restaurant and its rooftop bar offer the most prestigious panorama over Piazza Navona and the whole city. You are also welcome to take in the fresh air and the beautiful sun on one of our exclusive terraces.

We had reservations for five days at the hotel. We were given an amazing upgraded room/suite overlooking the Four Rivers fountain ( Piazza Navona). Breakfast was really good and fresh. Room was Large, quiet, and spacious. Location was walking distance to all major tourist sights and then some. Great restaurant right across from entrance of hotel just in case you needed to stay in. Rooftop restaurant was nice but honestly “way” over priced for drinks. My drink was 30euro and could not taste the Vodka. You will need to make reservations or wait till later when people leave. Again, this was an incredible hotel to stay at when in Rome.

My daughter and I were tourists in Rome for 3 days beginning August 27th, 2019.. We chose the Eitch Borromini Hotel due to it's central location on the Piazza Navona. We were absolutely delighted with the hotel. I'm handcapped (there are a few stairs) and the staff was so very helpful each and every day. The hotel had been a rectory in the 15th century and we stayed in rooms that had the original frescos on the ceiling. The suite had been occupied by Pope Innocent the 10th. Each room had a text with it's history. The rooftop lounge overlooked the city and was a great place to be at sundown. One evening we were entertained by a couple of opera stars. What a treat! The extensive breakfast buffet was so very good. We were able to access all the tourist sites from this central locale. I would always go back to the hotel when in Rome

My husband and I stayed here as the hotel we had previously booked received not so favorable reviews on tripadvisor and I'm so glad we did! The room was one of the biggest we had in Italy. The bathroom, however, was extremely small. The jewel of this hotel is the rooftop bar on the 6th floor. Make sure you make a reservation otherwise you may not be able to enjoy the spectacular view! Great location and amazing artwork.

What isn’t to like about Eitch Borromini!! From the location right on the Piazza Navona, which has you within walking distance to all must see stops, to the wonderful staff, the roof top views (2nd to none) and the rooms are all amazing and well appointed. Also the breakfast that was included was great each day with wonderful choices. Oh and sitting just above the Piazza when having breakfast is just incredible. This is a must stay hotel loaded with historic significance of Pope Innocence We X, original artwork and connected to a beautiful church. Great place and looking forward to getting back there !!! Eitch Borromini is a hotel in a historic 17th century building. We stayed in one of the suites and it was outstanding. The ceilings are all dome shaped and the windows were huge. The location of the hotel is on Piazza Navona, literally in the middle of all the sightseeing we were doing in Rome during our stay. They have a beautiful restaurant for breakfast on the 4th floor and a rooftop terrace for drinks on the 5th floor (highest one in Rome). They even gave us a cell phone to use while we were in Rome for directions, calling home, etc.. The hotel has a great history and we had a wonderful time during our visit.
