I have booked 3 nights at this hotel. The location is very good just near the vatican. The breakfast in not worth booking as you can find better breakfasts in the area and the prices and options would be better than the one booked. Unfortunately was the room very noisy, you can hear other rooms and the street and the...

To the holiday makers: It is not a hotel. The owner has rented out an apartment on the 4th floor of a building in Via bu Meliana, converted it into 6 bedrooms with toilets. Its 2x3m which is not bad, max 3 single beds squeezed in a room. It is about a 20 minute walk from the Vatican and St....

If you want a great location, close to vatican, metro and bus, in order to sightseeing Rome, that s it! Nothing pretentious or fancy, just clean, cozy, comfortable and small room, in a safe and elegant building. The staff is just great, very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast, italian style, meaning cofe and a sweet, is served in a tipical bar,...

Really good B&B (without the second B in our case). Once you get over the ruthlessly efficient quirky staff (who helpfully leave you alone) this is great base to explore the delights of Rome especially if you value lovely rooms, a good bed, all amenities working well, showers, air-con etc. and your privacy. We booked a package through Last-Minute.com and...

We loved this hotel for our stay in Rome. It was clean, modern, comfortable and a good location. I would highly recommend Roman Holidays! The room was spacious and centrally located to restaurants and public transportation. We were able to walk most places but you could take the subway. Great breakfast cafes nearby too.

Booked at last minute about 3 days before departure and was a little dubious about what lay ahead. Fear not this place was exactly like the photos, so you arrive and are a little unsure what you have come across but once your in then all is revealed. Staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodation was clean, comfortable, well decorated...

Stayed here March 2016. Group of six using three rooms. Rooms themselves are a good size and clean. Massive downside is the customer service. We arrived late in the evening and each couple had to pay an excessive late check in fee. We were kept waiting in the street for 45 minutes until someone arrived to let us in. The...

I had a lovely peaceful 3 night stay in this B&B. There was 3 of us in a room in single beds and we had more than enough room to manoeuvre around. The room was very modern with good storage space and a safety deposit box so that we could lock away our valuables. The bathroom was nice and modern,...

I travelled with my mother on the 7.10.15 and stayed here for 2 nights. We were greeted by a miserable woman at reception who did not introduce herself to us (I still don't know her name), did not explain the facilities and quickly left us to it. Complimentary drinks were provided in the room and yet we had to pay...

I think a property is fine (4 stars). Location is on the edge of the centre (walking to the centre around 20 minutes, 3,5 stars). But what bothered me was traffic noise. It is a noisy location. Even though price to value is fine think twice about location and especially a noise.
