I booked my ten year wedding anniversary at this property in October 2020. Due to the worldwide Covid Pandemic, my wife and I were not permitted to travel to Italy. The hotel refused to refund our prepaid reservation. Rather than do the right thing, they issued a short term travel voucher. I rebooked anniversary stay in mid 2021 and again, had to cancel due to Covid travel restrictions. The hotel was inflexible and ultimately, kept my E502.88 without responding to any of my email messages. It was fairly obvious that they cared more about their bottom line without much regard to their guests and doing the right thing. I would encourage you to stay away from this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is on a fantastic location, and has superb facicities and great service. The lovely staff was very helpful in arranging various programs. Highlight was the rental of bikes for a tour along the Tiber.

We went for a five day trip in October and had an amazing time. Location is perfect - you can walk to most of the main sights in Rome easily. The hotel is so charming. We stayed in a room with a hot tub that was really lovely. Paolo at the front desk as well as the other women are fantastic. The only small negative was the breakfast. It was OK - mainly kind of repetitive and not so fast. I think that is because of COVID they were forced to use a temporary chef who was perhaps a bit too busy to service the two tables at a time they had. Otherwise amazing stay

We had a great stay at the Monte Cenci Hotel. Especially the staff and Mr. Paolo made this stay special. The welcoming and helpful attitude let us feel very comfortable. If we had any extra wishes, they tried to help us and did everything to find a solution. We would defintely stay there again. I strongly recommend this hotel for staying in rome. Awesome location as well!

Monte Cenci Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel, and all the people working there strive to make you feel welcome every single moment of your staying. We had an incredible room with a private terrace. The roof terrace is so unique and you could spend the whole evening just looking at the monuments and the palazzi around you. The location is within walking distance to all the main streets. I cant wait to be back in Rome!
