Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

My wife and I had a weekend trip for Rome in November. Having stayed at Suite Dreams twice before, with no issues, we arranged Fri and Sat night accommodation here once again. We had one of the delux rooms on the floor above reception, on the front, road side. The room, and in

I stayed with my family at this hotel for 6 nights in Oct 2018. This hotel is worthy of 5 star review but there were few solvable issues they ignored. WiFi: There was an access point in front of the room, but no wifi inside the room. I had to keep the door open to access wifi

Nice hotel. Good location. Welcoming staff. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was good. Although the lady looking after the breakfast prep was rude and grumpy. Overall the stay was good. The reception lady was very helpful.

What room type has the balcony?
This is a wonderful boutique hotel with around 10 rooms, located in the heart of it all. The rooms have 3/4 length of the wall windows with views out to the quiet street however, I do not think they have balconies available in any room. You are able to sit in the window sil and look out. Of note, the breakfast room has a lovely window that looks out onto an active street. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Rome, so close to all.

Hi there, what is your minimum check in age?
it looks like they have rooms with one double bed and one single, which looks like a pullout couch. also, triple rooms with 2 double beds together, but those look to be quite pricey.
