We LOVED this hotel. Highlights: Sandra at the desk every evening and the rooftop bar with an unmatched view. It’s a former convent, located next to a convent so you could hear the nuns singing in the mornings. Sandra made our stay so fantastic, and Tim also helped identify many great restaurant options in Rome. It’s well located to the main attractions - walkable to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Villa Borghese. The accommodations were very luxurious - particularly the bathrooms - we had a suite room and a double room - it was pretty small, but our suite was perfect to allow us to spread out.
This was a fabulous boutique hotel in Rome...close to many historic sights. The service was outstanding, especially with Sandra who first greeted us. This being our first time in Rome, she really helped us with how to navigate the city. She went above and beyond. I've stayed in a countless number of hotels during my business career and I would have to say that she was, by far, the best front desk person that I have ever run into. From the breakfast to cocktails on the rooftop bar...everything was just great. Will definitely try to stay at this hotel next time we go back to Rome.
We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff are so helpful and friendly and service is super. The bar is definitely worth a visit too as the bartender is a cocktail wizard !!! Only a few minutes walk from everything. Cant recommend enough. A must if you’re going to Rome.
Both our air registers are have mildew growing from them. After paying hundreds of dollars to stay here on our honeymoon it is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel. It's a poor value
My sister and I were so very pleased to stay at this hotel; everything was just lovely. We felt very safe, the receptionists were all so helpfull, so nice and so wonderful. We felt very welcome from the very first moment. The room was very clean , the beds comfortable, and the nights were very quit, even though you are in Rome in the middle of everything. We enyoed the roof terrasse allthough the summer season hadn’t begun yet - But the view there,( and the Sun ) were so very beautiful. The hotel is very near the Spanish steps and Villa Borghese. Couldn’t be better. Only the bread in breakfast was a bit dry? We hope to be back some day. This hotel is everything, that makes a very good holiday. Thank you- all of you at hotel degli Artisti
hotel was brilliant very modern and clean....Virginia on reception couldn't be more helpful..Michael in the bar was too would definately book again next time i'm in Rome location was excellent for walking to sites and also the metro
Spent 4 nights there from 6th March. The location was great. Near to most places you want to visit either walking or using the metro. Staff were always welcoming and ready to do whatever they could to help. Sorry to have to leave but hope to return some day. Thank you.
Just spent 4 nights at the Degli Artisti Hotel in the heart of Rome..great location, excellent hotel and staff!...really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.....Michael the barman is superb!...hope to go back one day....
Great location, clean rooms, beautiful rooftop bar. All of the staff were very nice. Breakfast was in a beautiful outdoor patio. We easily walked from the hotel to almost everywhere. Reasonably priced. Would definitely return for our next stay.
The hotel is small, beautiful and elegant, the breakfast isn't bad for a buffet breakfast. The area is wonderful close to just about everything but what has really made this trip perfect so far is the absolutely wonderful staff. I really just can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they all have been!! If you get the chance to stay here you definitely should we haven't even left yet but we'll definitely be back!!
