The hotel is rather small, but the rooms are quite large - larger than any other European similar budget hotel we've stayed at. The location is quite amazing, and after you walk the city a bit or manage your way through the public transportation you really start to appreciate the location. But the really best thing at the hotel is... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and were thrilled with the location. Before we arrived, Roberto called us to make sure we knew our way to the hotel and greeted us on arrival which was late. Our room was lovely and spacious with a nice en suite. It was right next to the breakfast room so in the morning we... More

This typical european style hotel has comfortable rooms, old-fashioned furniture, tiny elevator, great rooftop restaurant where you can start your day with a nice breakfast while enjoying the most magnificent view of the ruins of the past emperors. Close to the Caracalla Thermae where Romans use to go for relaxation in the public baths - and where you might enjoy... More

The hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes walk from the coliseum. It is simple, no restaurant, no lift, small rooms (at least the one we had) but the staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room had an air conditioner but no control unit for it. When plugged in it was very effective but very noisy. During... More

Contact with the hotel from time of enquiry to turning up at the door was good, reception staff even called me to make sure I was on time for arrival (probably wanted to finish work for the evening rather than making sure I was okay). On arrival he then helped us with bags which was just as well as this... More

This was a quaint little establishment on the 3rd floor I think. There wasn't a lift for the people staying at hotel but the staff hauled the luggage and were very gracious. Breakfast was good and typical. They also offered coffee anytime of day and fruit, juice and other drinks during the day. The location is an easy walk, (maybe... More

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was very close to the Forum, Coliseum, restaurants, etc. When we arrived, the taxi took us to the hotel across the street. The front door of the hotel is not obvious, with a small sign, and was locked. I was about to call, when someone came out so we could get in. The... More

This hotel should get negative rating if I can give it such rating. My experience at the hotel was terrible. The hotel lacks honesty, doesn’t have 24-hour reception, has no hot water, and the people at reception lack English efficiency. When I showed them my reservation and asked them if it was the hotel I booked, the lady at reception... More

The bathroom was not clean in three days. The wi fi did not work . No elevator and many stairs. Too expensive for what was offered. Not worth. They do not advice that they do not have elevator. Good localization.
