Fabrizio is managing this B&B very professionally, being responsive and reliable. The rooms are super-clean and functional. You'll find all you need for a simple overnight stay or for a few days. The location is good; about 900m from Policlinico metro station that gets you to all of Rome's main attractions for €1.50/ride. There are some very good restaurants in... More

Had a wonderful weekend trip in October 2014 to Rome by staying at Parioli House. Fabrizio was very accomodating and allowed me to check in at 1:30am after missing my original flight. All contact information provided was correct and reponses were prompt. I had a double room; the room was very clean with marble flooring throughout, breakfast was simple yet... More

We have been staying in Parioli House about 2 weeks in May 2014. It was a wonderful time in Rome and we owe so much to Parioli B&B and his great manager Fabrizio. He did all his best to make our staying comfortable. We very appreciate for good atmosphere and warm-hearted attitude. The staff was very friendly and professional. The... More

For starters, the guy in charge (as charming and respectful) as he was, did not reply to my e-mail asking him if we could check-in earlier. We arrived there at 10am and were left practically in the street, bags and all ! Very stressful situation. Thank God the nice young couple that tend to the place got there to start... More

Very confusing all round compounded by the general absence of the owner. Location is relatively central but only using public transport. If you're driving you will find parking a nightmare. Despite booking a couple of months before, there was no room for my 92 year old father who was sent somewhere else (around 400 metres away) to stay in a... More

The B&B located in a good place, not far from all the city attractions and very close to the amazing pizza, pasta cafe, supermarkets etc. The conditions are very good. The owner gave us many advices and helped with different questions including reservation of taxi.

Everything was excellent! It is located in a nice area, in a very beautiful building, very quiet, with everything you need in walking distance (cafes, bars, gelateria's, supermarket, etc), you can easily get to the centre by bus or tram, you just need to go our of the house and they are the stops with transport running every 5 min.... Fabrizio Is a great guy very helpful. The room is spacious and has it's own mini fridge, bathroom and airconditioning. Also available in common area at all times of the day are the microwave, espresso machine, cereal dispenser, electric kettle and wifi. Definetly recommendable to anyone especially for travellers with kids.
