On our day of arrival we got in at around 8pm and was looking forward to taking it easy and ordering some room service - as had been advertised. I couldn't find a menu so I asked reception and the answer was simply NO and advised...

This is my second stay here and I absolutely loved it. It's a converted Roman Villa with lots of characters, great facilities and lovely staffs. And the price is simply unbelievable. Absolute gem! Room was a bit too hot, couldn't turn the heater down.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is a bit far away from the city and since the metro doesn't go after midnight we had some diffculties to come back. The room was very nice, the garden and the roof top terrace is also nice. It is located in quiet area. The stuff is very helpful and pleasant. Only...

We were greeted by a friendly English speaking hostess who familiarized us with the hotel, our room and breakfast; and, we were pleasantly surprised to learn they have someone on staff 24 hours a day if you need any assistance. We were expecting a room in the "basement" and instead given an adorable cottage out back of the hotel -...

Hotel Principe Torlonia is a comfortable, smart and quiet hotel. A little out of the way so taxis or public transport are required to get to Rome's main attractions but the staff were extremely helpful in arranging transport. No restaurant in the hotel but the staff were able to arrange good (walkable) restaurants nearby when asked. Rooms nicely decorated, good...
