The hotel is a surprisingly modern hotel admits old buildings and situated at a busy road along the coast. A good starting for excursions to the city as well as to Capri, Sorrento, Pompei etc. The rooms are clean and modern. The bathroom is spacious although the shower is fairly small and the shower head is not logically mounted as you almost immediately end up under the jet. A friendly staff with helps you with all kinds of questions. For us it was more convenient to use a card to open the room than by way of a smartphone. Installing the app takes a lot of time and could be more consumer friendly. Support of the staff was needed but they immediately react on my questions. All-in-all a successful stay and to remember next time.

Everything was great. Room was big enough, bed comfortable and bathroom very well equipped. Breakfast was very tasty and staff was very nice. I also liked location close to harbour and relatively close to city centre. Staff called us taxi and it was there within 10 minutes.

First time visitors to Naples and it was an amazing cultural experience overall. As for this hotel… clean, modern and sleek. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were always more than happy to help.

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Tastefully decorated. The breakfast was nice with great service. During our stay, we had problems independent of the hotel but the staff could not have been more helpful or compassionate. Avoid the area left of the hotel when you come out though (Piazza Mercato and the surrounding streets).

the hotel is perfect for visiting all the sites with Duomo metro and train station 10 minutes walking the room 602 was perfect with large terrace and dual aspect views over the port and the old town and despite being on a main road it was very quite to sleep the sound quality is perfect all the staff were very friendly and helpfull in every aspect always offering lots of tips and suggestions the only let down was the breakfast the noise from the coffee machine was to much and surely its not possible to burn the bacon every morning but the cakes were very tasty and the Americano coffee was not drinkable needed 2 cups of hot water to 1 cup of coffee just to make it possible to drink otherwise the breakfast is ok very easy to get to he airport with the alibus as the stop is opposite the hotel just inside the port cost 5 euro journey time 15 minutes depending what time of day and traffic NAPLES its a shame the city is ready to fall down traffic is a nightmare take your life in your hands when crossing the road rubbish just left everywhere very dirty pollution is incredible to the point where let alone tasting it your clothes start smelling like the traffic much better italian cities to visit

My main problem was more with the city than the hotel. The city is awful and dirty and I wouldn't recommend. In terms of the hotel it was okay although I would say more of a 3 star. The room was of a good size but the bathroom smelt really bad of sewage and the shower and taps were really hard to manage. The breakfast choices were limited but were nice enough for a short break. The staff in the restaurant and bar were quite friendly too.

The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, we had a terrace and a view of Vesuvius! Breakfast was plentiful and the location was ideal - an easy walk to the sights and the Circumvesuviana train for trips to Pompeii and Sorrento. I would happily stay there again.

The location was about 10/ 15minute walk to popular locations; location was close to Umberto street and old town. The staff were very, very helpful. When we needed to schedule a PCR test for travel, they helped make the appointment. Breakfast was diverse options. The bar area was nice. Tour operators were willing to pick us up at the hotel due to location. They have 'touch-less' open and closing of front door and room. The room opening was a bit slow with the App, though it did work every time. We had some 'noisy' party-ers on our floor, which the hotel assisted with quelling.

The staff were exceptional and could not help you more. The room was perfect for the weekend & the beds were really comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily & were clean upon arrival although I liked the “green environmental touches” that you gas the voice to have up towels changed or not. Breakfast was delicious and varied from scrambled eggs, bacon & cheese to really nice sweets (sfogliatella, torta caprese and pastiere napoletane). We had dinner one night and it was perfect for what we wanted. The leisure centre was closed unfortunately at this time due to COVID.
