My partner and I have travelled the world so have experienced all sorts of locations and accommodations. This is the first hotel we both felt extremely unsafe in. The room felt like something from a horror movie. I wouldn’t even sit on the bed. I had a flea on my foot in the first 5 minutes of being in the room. It felt that unsafe that my partner went out searching for another hotel for 2 or 3 hours while I locked myself in the room waiting for him. As soon as he returned after booking somewhere else we grabbed our luggage and left. We didn’t even ask for a refund. We handed the keys back and just left straight away. The only way I can describe the feeling is that we had entered into a people trafficking hotel.

We chose this place to stay based on photos on there website and thought we struck a bargain. Turns out we didn't. Definitely not as advertised - the rooms didn't remotely resemble the pictures, it literally just had the bare basics to qualify as a room. We didn't have running or hot water half the time and the plugs in our bathroom (which was the only room with a mirror) didn't work. The television reception is nonexistent and the internet as reliable as the water pressure. Best thing i can say about the place is that the rooms were always very clean.

First step in the room was a horrifying experience: very damp, warm and no oxygen. We tried the window but since the room was at the back all that came in was the smoke of the pizza ovens of the bars next door. But the after figuring out the airco the room (#304) became better. And it was quietly situated. No view at all but don't be sorry about that. Room was clean, a little mould in bathroom but that's not really a wonder. Everyday clean towels. Bed was really old-style with cheap, stiff but clean mattress. Only problem were the feathers when lying on the bed. Area around hotel and street seemed dangerous at first but that was just because of the many men (Africans and Pakistanis). Later we found out that they don't pay any attention if you just ignore them. They came for the food of the kebabrestaurants (I don't recommend them to eat). Ideal to be close to the station and almost all attractions without walking distance. Don't visit Napels from half June to at least half September. It's just too hot and the traffic pollution will make you choke especially when being asthmatic. The town itself has beautiful spots but there's a lot of dirt so be prepared.

I had booked this place online because it is close to the station, but on arriving I got a shock, I couldn't breath, still went ahead and saw the room, it was stinking, had stains on the linens, the staff is unapproachable, no one helped and they made me wait 20 minutes at the reception. I am traveller and go to many places, but this is first time I left even without asking if they would refund me. Yes that horrible

Very good new hotel comfy very large room with either a king size bed or two beds and a small balcony. I was afraid about the district because it is close to the main train station but finally it was safe. The staff oh the hotel is friendly, the cleaning is good. It is a bit noisy if you want to sleep around 9.pm. The are some kebab restaurants nearby useful when you are hungry around midnight. See you next time!

I stayed here for two night, while visiting Naples and the surrounding area. I had difficulty finding the hotel due to the one way system it is on. There is also minimal parking in the area, in fact none! However there is a 24 hour garage near enough opposite the hotel for €20 for two night and it's secure parking. Which considering the area it is in I was glad of this. The staff member I spoke to, did speak English although the rest of them their English was very minimal but to put that against a hotel in ITALY I think it's wrong. We are in their country learn their language and stop complaining. My room was very clean, quite large, had air condition which played music when I turned it on and off which I found amusing. I found nothing wrong with the hotel. I found it to be clean and basic. It was a good cheap hotel for my nights of sleep.

This place is AWFUL. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!! Everything about this hotel is bad from the loctation to the cleanliness. So, first none of the staff spok english and so couldn't comunicate. There was no restuarant, bar or even caffe conected to the hotel, infact you had to walk to a tiny caffe in which you had the option of a crouasnt and/or coffee. The staff were also extremley awful and none were at all friendly. Our door handle fell off for no aparent reason and when it was fixed it abrutley fell off again and after reading other reveiws this didn't just happen to us, also both the towel rail and toothbrush holder fell off multipul times. Also in the bathroom there were hundreds of random holes in the wall. The cleaners were obviosly imployed for something other than cleaning because they only cleaned our room twice in the whole nine days that we were there. The view was also TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! In fact it was literaly as a complete courtyard of flats which were not painted and loooked LIKE THE WORST THING EVER!!!!!!! The staff were so and organized and made us move rooms when we go there. The rooms were damp and smelt funny. The location was one of the worst aspects. Althouh it was close to the station everything else was HORRIBLE. The street was short but had around 5 kebab shops and a lot of shabby views. To conclude this reveiw it was THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!
