We stayed for 6 nights in a junior suite on the 6th floor. Our room had everything you could need including a coffee machine, fridge & safe, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes & more. The hotel is spotless. Staff are extremely helpful. The roof terrace is a real bonus & lovely place to sit & relax after a busy day sightseeing.

It's conveniently located across the square from the station, however be sure to exit the station on the left side and walk through the shopping arcade. If you cross the square on the right hand site, be ready for druggies and potential drama.... The hotel itself.... Rooms fine but not large -TV is tiny and old. WiFi is FAST and not over used. Breakfast is excellent. Roof top bar with views of Vesuvius is lovely. Restaurant is pricy but VERY good. It's a 10 minute walk to the old town - If you are in Naples to see Pompei and Herculaneum, it's ideally placed

My sister and I visited here as a splurge dinner to cap off our trip to Italy. We were greeted with a welcome drink. We decided to get the set tasting menu, the food itself was great and as 4 courses it fills you really quickly. I'm my opinion it was reasonable priced for the quality of the food, quantity and location. However we didn't rate the risotto in the fish set. Other than a few preferences the food was really tasty. A bit of clarification on what is in the tasting menu wouldnt go amiss as we were in the dark about the next course. The staff were really lovely and friendly. One waiter was really great and made sure we were looked after. It was greatly appreciated. I didnt catch his name but I believe he was the most senior member of staff on that night (Sunday 19th November) Really made our night. I picked up on a bit of fine dining etiquette. For example trays with dirty glasses being left on the table next to us, not properly polished wine glass and fraying napkins. Also at one point a different tables food came to ours, this was quickly resolved before his hand had left the plates. However this is just me nitpicking due to my experience working fine dining. Overall it was a memorable dinner, with good food and drink. Maybe a bit expensive but as a once off definitely worth a visit.

We only came for dinner, and the food was amazing! Staff were friendly and provided me with a blanket to keep warm. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning 🥰😍 Definitely recommend and my partner and I will be coming back one time this week during our stay as it was amazing! Want to thank the staff for making our meal even more nicer and checking in on us and moving the heater closer to us 🥰 Francesco was amazing and we look forward to visiting again

Hotel is about 10mins away from the train station on foot. Hotel check-in process was swift. Our room was a classic double, but presented as twin beds instead (not an issue with me). Room is very spacious and furniture are adequate. We had dinner at their rooftop restaurant. Food and service were good. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. The hotel's surroundings is quite sketchy, especially at night. Ensure your personal bags are always in front of you.

Dear Guest, we're glad that your stay has been overall satisfying, a special thank from Vesuvio RoofTop Bar&Restaurant's staff. As well as many other cities in Europe, Naples railway station surrounding area may appear as not welcoming as it should, altough we must say that we no dangerous situations have occured since long time, thank also Police rounds 24/7. On the other hand, we are sure you appreciated the short distance to city centre of the city and its main point of interest. Best regards Hotel Management

Had a fantastic few days in Naples, Hotel uno is very well placed for central station and station Porta Nola for trains to Sorrento, Pompeii etc. A walk through the narrow streets of the old town is certainly an experience not to be missed, Hotel Staff are great, special mention to Sergio on reception could not do enough for any requests. Generally staff are excellent and the rooftop bar and restaurant are a must for food and apperitivo, hotel is extremely comfortable although lower floor rooms get a little noisy, from the busy piazza garibaldi traffic. (After speaking with Sergio an upper floor room was located and had no further problems). Great food in the restaurant and a decent wine list, fair prices and excellent service throughout, breakfast is also very good. definitely recommend this hotel.

Nicely located just between the Historic Centrum and Statione Garibaldi (main station) the UNA Hotel was a great base for four intensive days exploring Naples, Pompei, Vesuvio and the Amalfi Coast. The hotel is neat, organised and features the most awesome roof top restaurant overlooking Naples and Mount Vesuvio.

Hotel is fine. Clean, good location, nice staff. Nothing is great about the hotel but it’s good/fine for the price. Best thing about it is 7 minute walk from the best pizza place in the world. And it’s 15 mins from the airport, 7 mins to the port.

Great hotel! Clean rooms and great food. Salvatore and Cori were amazing! They really took care of us during breakfast, even baked gluten free croissants for my fiancée who is celiac. Good location, very close to the old part of town and the train station.
