Amazing place, beyond my expectations. This hotel honors its name: a real palace (palazzio) right in the center of Naples. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The room is spacious and had all the luxury. Spacious bathroom with all the amenities, huge size bed with extra pillows and good quality mattresses, coffee and tea facilities, airco and heating unit, flat screen tv, safe, mini bar, etc. And everything very clean. The breakfast is by far the best I ever had in Italy. Besides the classic items like juices, variety of bread, cereals, yogurts, meats, mozzarella, tea and different types of coffee, they offered an amazing fresh fruit salad and different types of local sweets and pastries. And all from a special pastry shop, what a treat. Do not forget that you can order an egg dish of your choice. The hotel is located close to the sea/harbor and the shopping area (Via Toledo). Nearby also the metro station and attractions like the Castle. After a disappointing stay in Rome we were a bit sad that our short holiday started like that. But from the first minute until the last one our stay here was amazing. The place and location is great, but the staff made all the difference: warm, kind, always in for a chat and advice. A very very special thank you to the sweet Elize and Francisco from the breakfast, a present to start the day with these two super kind and sweet ones. And Luigi from the front office, thank you for all the extra's, your kindness and do not forget the chocolates 😀. I have traveled enough to know that a 4 star hotel in Italy cannot be compared to a 4 star in f.e. Thailand. For Italian principles this place deserves truly 4 stars. And yes you need to pay for parking, the rooms have different sizes but all this information is mentioned on their website, no hidden surprises. A definite recommendation. Thank you all.…
My girlfriend and I stayed one night after flying in late to Naples. 24hr check in and room was clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and breakfast on the balcony in the breakfast room was lovely and all we required for moving on. Wouldn't recommend the city of Naples though, looks very rough with graffiti everywhere.
This is a very tired hotel in need of a reno. Bad wifi, dated rooms, no amenities, staff were friendly. Small dated rooms, rock hard pillows and mattresses. Not 4 Stars or upscale like they claim. I would be happy with this room/hotel if I booked a 2 star. Poor breakfast.
This hotel was great, it was in the heart of the city and everything is walking distance away. Overall the hotel was cozy, the breakfast was amazing the staff was welcoming. They were very helpful with arranging transportation and they went the extra mile in making sure that we enjoyed our stay.
Had one night before our flight home. Room was very clean a decent size and the bed very comfortable. Nicely decorated room and the bathroom was also a very good size with nice toiletries. Location was good for our needs and about 20 minutes in a taxi to the airport. It was also quiet inside despite it's city centre location. Breakfast buffet was continental and had a selection to suit most people. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would return.
All the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and with a great variety of choices. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating specially with our little one who got amazing babyccinos every morning.
We stayed in family room (two connected rooms on top floor of hotel). May just be this room however does not look like rooms in the photos ie perhaps in need of a refresh. Room was very hot so we slept with windows open (in January!). Good location close to Metro station and a FABULOUS wine bar next door. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff very friendly.
Staying in your hotel was extremely pleasant. We appreciated the cleanliness of your hotel and of course the daily change of linen. A magnificently served breakfast and the smiling faces of your waiters We had the particular pleasure of chatting with Mr. Francesco and the kindness of all the receptionists.
Excellent location , comfortable room , great service from Franchesco from the dinning room that gave us good advices about places in Naples and was very kind. Dianna from the reception was very kind. Very recommended.
Lovely hotel in a fantastic central location. Rooms spotlessly clean and extremely helpful staff. Lovely breakfast to start your day. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Naples. Lynn and Rob.
