Cheap but quite basic... 15min from the train station and center. We got however a very small room for 3, and it was for handicaped people, which means the shower had no tub (water everywhere..) and was also tiny. The bed linen and towels were quite old (sometimes with spots on the bed). Breakfast not good at all and we...

This hotel is located in a shady neighborhood where safety becomes questionable after dark. Although parking is free, it could become very costly after a broken window and subsequent robbery. For a group of street savvy men this place could be the find of the century

Unfortunately I can say this is the only time Trip advisor has not been correct in their review. The rooms were old disgusting and dirty, the area is definitely distasteful and the service couldn't be worse. I have never complained about a place before until I went to this horrible "hotel". One positive is that it is not far from...

We spent one night at Hotel Sant'Eligio in May 2016. We were on our way to Capri and needed a place to stay before our morning ferry and that's why we chose a hotel that was located nearer to the harbour than to the Napoli centre. This hotel is 10 minute walk away from Calata Porta di Massa, one of...

Hotel was located down a narrow side street. Room was in general kept very clean but the shower needs sorting, we kept having to turn it off whilst in it as it overflowed the drain just couldn't cope, could also do with a spruce up. Room was directly above a karaoke bar/restaurant but this only happened on the Saturday night,...

The staff were very kind and helpful they gave us useful information. The hotel is very clean, we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Naples. Very good price/quality rat, we would...

We booked another hotel but it turned out to be fully so they booking agency suggested this hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel was basically ok, the wifi worked well but we would have preferred to be more central than down that side of Naples. The area was extremely noisy up until around 02.00hrs with scooters, Police cars...

This hotel does its job, and who can argue at 30-35 EUR pp per night? Pros- clean towels & bed linen, big beds, adequate breakfast served to your room at a time of your choosing (the Neapolitan hot chocolate is a highlight), mostly friendly staff, good location 10-15 min walk to centre. Cons- bit more of a hostel feel than...

I stayed in a single room for a week, and my friend in another room, have absolutely no complaints! The family who owned the hotel, although didn't know a lot of English, were really friendly and helpful, and helped us make the most out of our stay in Naples. The breakfast was exactly the same each day (a kind of...

We didn't eat our breakfast, but the staff was very kind! The room was very neat. The wifi didn't work the first few days, but they fixed it and maked sure we had our wifi in our room. The staff is also very helpful to call the taxi to the airport, tips for good restaurants, post our postcards...
