Let's start with the good. The Hotel is really clean and the staff are very friendly and let us check in early which was amazing after a long day travelling. The breakfast is very good and the hotel itself is located about 30 minutes by train from Naples centre. It costs about 1 euro 40 and the train station is a few minutes walk away. There is a good supermarket near the hotel as well which Is a bonus. Naples itself is dirty, the people are rude and be prepared to be pushed out of the way at any opportunity. The area around the "egg " castle is really nice and definitely worth a visit. I'd definitely recommend a street food tour as you get to see and taste some really nice food. Take the funicular at montesanto to get to the castle and it gives you great views over the bay of Naples .…
The good The hotel is very modern clean and smart, the staff are polite friendly and courteous, the rooms have all the facilities you would expect (except wardrobes ), well placed for public transport and shops. The bad If your not prepared for the tourist tax then be on your guard €3 per person per night €42 for the week. Graffiti is everywhere making you feel like you've travelled back to the 80s and arrived in the Bronx but don't let this intimidate you the locals are some of the friendliest and polite we met whilst in Italy. The ugly Rubbish rubbish and rubbish the streets are the dumping ground for all the house hold waste and the containers provided are insufficient for the amounts being deposited so rubbish spills onto the streets. To add insult the pavements are also the dumping ground for dog mess, it's everywhere, just a suggestion, maybe they could use the tax to clean up the area. …
Nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Very short walk to Metro and easy to get into city centre. Airport is 30 euros. Good breakfast. Really good restaurants along the road including Carne, family daughter and Carly. Only downside was air conditioning not working properly and rooms were warm though you could open the window and it was February.
My husband and I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, Massimo at the reception was great and recommend us a very nice restaurant that we really liked. Sabrina and Marianna always ensured our room was cleaned every day! I loved that! We took the package that included breakfast and it was so worthy. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel, highly recommend.
Hotel is in good location near Metro line 2 and take you in many tourist places, included train station in Piazza Garibaldi where you found also Metro line 1.My room was big double twin with minibar fridge, a desk,a safe and tv with some satellite chanels.Shower was excellent with good water pressure, hairdryer and toiletries.Beds comfortable with good pillows.Every days cleaners did good job to clean the room and change bath towers.Breakfast very nice with hot foods and lovely pastry and cakes.Orange drink was super. This hotel is only 3 stars but it should be 4 stars.
Lovely clean modern hotel. Very good value for money. Metro 8 mins walk from hotel to city centre and to get to central station to go to other areas. Also another train line opposite hotel to get to beaches. Hotel situated with bars shops and bars nearby. Staff nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again next time I visit Naples.
This hotel advertises a transfer service to the airport, which is why I booked it. I had e-mailed the property 4 days before our arrival asking about a transfer. I was told that it would be best to arrange the transfer the day of, or to simply take a taxi. The day of check-in, I once again asked about transfer to the airport, and the message was the same: grab a taxi in the morning. At the time we were checking in, a taxi strike was already in progress and would continue the next day. At no point did the front desk inform us of this. We got down to the front desk the next morning, asked for a taxi, and only then were we informed that there is a nationwide taxi strike, there are no cabs, we should head to the train station and catch a shuttle, and good luck. These directions were good, but not in time. I missed my flight and had to rebook at considerable cost to myself. I do not blame this property for the taxi strike: those are common in Europe especially in the summer. However, I do blame them for either not knowing about the strike (which I must emphasize, was ongoing as we were checking in), or not telling us, allowing us time to come up with an alternative solution. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet. But it was not worth the $1500 a night (the cost of the flight rebooking) that it ended up costing us.…
Excellent experience overall. Staff was very attentive and the place was always clean. A/C worked great for summer. The location is not near the city center however there is a metro stop very close by and a grocery store too which is convenient for travelers. I would highly recommend.
Unbeatable hotel for business, especially while travelling alone, with 2 restaurant just in front and another gourmet pizzeria less than 1km away. Will take the same the next time I will happen to be in Naples.
A wonderful overnight stay, I had a walk in check in and they were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely. I would stay here again and recommend them to others as well.
