I and my two friends stayed at this hotel. Very poor property. It is a three star hotel but I am sure a kettle tea and coffee should have been provided. Although very clean. Wifi and Air condition was always cutting had to phone the front desk to resume the AC. Breakfast was a bit poor too

Great hotel, great staff. Anna who does the excursions is brilliant, breakfast is great, free shuttle bus to Naples every evening except Sunday. Reception staff very very helpful. Many thanks to Anna on excursions, Leo shuttle bus driver, Antonio the driver the restaurant staff and Mary Grace, sorry I could get you in my suitcase. But on a serious note this hotel is great not far from the metro and the staff are really helpful During my stay there I can honestly say no complaints. I look forward to my return visit. Phillipo

We stayed in the Hotel for a 4 night break to see all the wonderful things Naples has to offer. The hotel suited us as it was well priced and well situated for our needs. Yes, it is situated in a working area of Naples so it is quiet at night which is a bonus when going to sleep after a busy day with no beeping horns. We did not stay around the hotel much as we were out all day and found this was a good place to travel from. The train stations are a few minutes walk away with Naples one stop away and trains directly to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento, we had bought the 3 day Artecard so travelled quite a lot by train. The hotel was clean with lovely staff and I looked past the shipping containers to see Mount Vesuvius which is a wonderful sight. It would benefit from having a bar area serving some food as we were too knackered after extensive walking to use the free shuttle bus into Naples and the Hotel Magris was more set up for dining. Breakfast was generous and a fair range. Having read reviews before I went, I would like to add, at NO point did I feel unsafe.

The staff are extremely nice and knowledgable but this hotel is not well situated. Whilst it is close to the metro, the city's metro system has weird schedule times and takes a while to get into the city center; depending on what day and how late you want to go out, you won't be able to return on the metro. There are some nice, low cost pizza places nearby but its nothing to set the world on fire. Noise travels far in the corridors and I didn't get a lot of sleep. What troubled me the most--which was why I checked out after one night-- is that the area between the hotel and the metro is mostly unlit and not especially safe once its dark. At one point, I left the hotel and found someone randomly standing outside, watching the comings and goings. About 500 yards up the road, someone began whistling before two men suddenly came out of a side street. When I crossed the street, one of them broke off and began to follow me before I ducked into a restaurant. Its possible that was all a confidence but it didn't feel like it. If you have a car and are using this as a jump-off spot, this would be ideal. But if you want to be in the city, just book a place downtown.

Though the hotel was basic it was clean , the hotel shares facilities with an adjacent hotel ie bar & restaurant, this isn't made clear with the photos (misleading)or the description. The hotel is located in an industrial area, at least 40mins walk from the main station and approx. 20 mins walk from the nearest metro. a couple of bars & restaurant within 10 mins walk but that's it Not what I expected ….tried not to let it spoil our trip . Trying to be honest not harsh so others don't have the letdown we had ...if the hotel was in another location it would have been ok
