It was the hotel closest to a next destination.. I recall this hotel being very attractive but it seems it is now simply a dump filled with rust. The only positive thing was the morning barista that really tried to be so positive notwithstanding the issues that the hotel and the entire ecosystem is going towards. They should simply let... I was deceptively sold two nights in this run down hotel outside town. The booking site Hotwire sold it as a "fabulous Marriot-style 4 star" on a super special offer at 60 euro a night.,Hotwire does not tell you the name of the Hotel until you pay. So we did pay and got the surprise that the Hotel was not... More

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, delapedated building, horrible rooms, very old furnitures, cracked walls, , any updates must have stopped in 1980 or earlier. No Swimming pool despite the fact it does say on their site... Only kids pool, need to pay to use,, there is a Spa, you need to pay €20 each day... More

After exhausting traveling by bus from Sicily to Naples, and sightseeing of Naples, I was happy when we arrived to Terme di Agnano. It was a hot day, and beautiful park with fountain in front of the Hotel was real refreshment. Although it was far from the city, I enjoyed staying there. There were no swimming pools inside the hotel,... More

PLUS: park like grounds; decor, large rooms, restaurant with view; breakfast. NEGATIVE: poor air con, no gym, far from city, transpt; poor wifi; TV did not work. I stayed here because of business and the hotel closest to site was full. should have stayed closer to city center and taken taxi/train.

After staying at this hotel, i can only say that the hotel website was a little short on the truth of what can only be classed as a 2 star hotel and not a 4 star, as there were no swimming pools available, very few staff(who were exeptional i must add)but they too were doing multiple jobs, The meals were... OK, where to start. we pulled up to a full on construction site. for a large spa hotel, this place felt completely deserted in a very creepy sort of way. we were rudely greeted by the hotel manager that requested we immediately move our car, even though we did not even get a chance to take our luggage out and... I am giving this hotel 5 stars for two simple reasons - the staff and the value for money. I have travelled the world over, and for 50 Euros it doesn't get better than this. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere about 15km west of Naples and miles from any ameneties, metro stations etc. It must have been... More

Just returned from a 2 week trip to Southerm Italy (April '04). Read about The Terme in Fodors and stayed there because it is on the outskirts of town and we didn't want to drive in central Naples. Good advice. The Terme is totally devoid of any charm, which is unusual for Italy. It looks more like a prison than... More
