Visited Naples for 1 week and stayed at the hotel. Staff Unfriendly apart from the cleaners who occasionally said good morning only. Room basic not like photos in brochure at all. Bedding not changed all week. Floor always dirty and dusty so when you had a shower had to put shoes on as feet became dirty quick. Breakfast basic. Close...

My friend and I stayed at this hotel in early August. In terms of location, this hotel is superb for accessing the Garibaldi train station and local market. However there were a few issues with the hotel we were a little unhappy with. The room itself was large with a beautiful window opening up onto the street. Unfortunately, there were...

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I was not very impressed. That hotel is in a great location - right next to the train station so it was easy to get to Pompeii and Sorrento. It was also close to the bust stop to take a 15 minute bus to the airport for €4. Their airport shuttle only...

For the price paid this was a rip off. Old crusty rooms and cheap breakfast. Nothing freshly cooked. Need a refit urgently. I was so unimpressed I checked out early and moved to a brand new 3 star hotel which was 40% cheaper.

I would describe this hotel as "ok". It's not great but it work for the price (for economy room). If you want something cheap than this hotel is for you. The breakfast is good (no queue to food), locations is ideal for traveling/exploring. The location ... is good because you have metro and train station really close so you can...

The rooms are simple but very clean and the air conditioning is amazing. We arrived late for lunch, but the chef made us a fantastic risotto and the waiter was very kind and helpful. Wifi is good and available in the rooms. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are super clean. We would definitely come back

I booked this hotel just because it was very cheap at booking but I wouldn't say it's 4 *, rather 2/3. Rooms are large but very old style, bathroom large and clean but you can see rust ower the shower and white/grey walls. I hadn't had hair dryer but I asked at reception and immediately got one. The breakfast is...

This hotel is very far from a 4* more like a 2*. Rooms are dated and covered in mould. Terrible sewerage smell in the rooms. Service is non existent. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
