Stayed here 26th Feb to 1st March. Room was clean and tidy, shower cubicle was a bit grotty. Sky TV was a godsend. Bar prices a bit steep, 8 euros for 2 small bottles of beer, you can get a large bottle of Peroni in the supermarket around the corner for 1 euro. Breakfast was continental and plenty of it. As a place to use as a stop off I'd recommend it. Sauna is available on site if you want to spend 20 euros to use it!!

This hotel is horrible. It is a very bad hotel. You cannot even roll you suitcase, since there are stairs. The furniture was very old with chipped paint. Breakfast was OK. The flush in the toilet was not working, and we complained about it in the morning (for some reason Max, the receptionist, found it funny). In the evening the flush still was not working. Finally I was bitten with bedbugs there. I complained to the same receptionist, and he found it funny again. He said there were mosquito bites, which was definitely wrong since bites was in the parts covered by clothes during the day. I gave Max the written complain about bedbugs, and I never got any reply from hotel administration.

The staff here were very friendly. I found them to be polite and courteous on the contrast to many reviews on Tripadvisor. Breakfast was plentiful, including the usual Italian cakes and pastries, cereal, yogurts, bread and meats. It would have been nice to have had more options for fruit (individual peaches or bananas for example). The room was perhaps incredible in its hay day, but was a little shabby now. For example, the carpet was worn and there were scuffs on the wall. The bathroom certainly was in need of redecoration - I nearly got knocked out a few times by the shower head falling down and the shower cubicle being so small. It was completely fine and clean, but for the price I would have thought the bathroom at least would have been more modern. The hotel is very close to the Piazza Leopardi metro stop ~20 mins from the central station and is ideally located to the big conference centre. The metro seems to stop running at ~11 pm. Overall a 4* review given that the staff were so friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel a little bit from the city centre. Shops, restaurants and bars near by. Rather large rooms. Fresh and clean. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast with a lot of fresh friuts. Definitly value for money.

this was a 3 star hotel, great location and good breakfast every am and great food for the centa (supper). The waitstaff in the dining room were stellar, on our trip's last day, the real pastry of Napoli is the svogletti a type of baklava with the layers of phyllo and she, the young woman came to me before I left wrapped up 4 svogletti for me in saran wrap! These Napolitani are generous and have a beautiful attitude toward life they are immensely proud of their city. Originally they descended from the Greeks and will tell you that their city is the oldest in Europe. To get back to the hotel it was great, the people at the desk were great, let me see the I-pad for my e-mail. They have a small bar and really what else do you need they advertised Turkish bath and massages but we were on a schedule so that was not part of our trip.
