We stayed with my husband at spaccanapoli comfort suites at the heart of Napoli. The neighborhood was colourful. The classic suite we stayed was on the second floor of a formar palace high ceilings at very roomy with balcony, minibar and safe and a comfy bed. It was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a local touch, pastries, selection...

Perfect location - at the very beginning of Spaccanapoli, on a short walk to the Histoic Centre, very close to the shopping area of Via Toledo, on a 2-minutes walk to Toledo Metro Station. We fell in love with the building - lovely old building though with a private elevator, beautiful stairs, lovely high ceilings. And the breakfast room...like in...

Umberto, the owner, greeted us at the entrance and welcomed us with a coffee and naploitanien sweets. This was just one example of the wonderful service of him and his team. Speccanapoli is close to the very heart of Naples old town which brings easy access but also liveliness at every time of the day. Equipped with Umbertos suggestions planning...

We spent a long weekend here and from arrival to departure Umberto and Adriana went out of their way to help us and share their enthusiasm for the city. They organised brilliant, authentic restaurants and the map of Naples with Umberto's annotations was priceless. We had the suite with the sauna which had a beautiful, large bedroom with a proper...

We had a great stay in Palazzo Spaccanapoli. The hosts were very helpful. We stayed in a smaller room at first but were offered one of the larger suites, this one with a great sauna! breakfast was also generous and served in a lovely old room. Naples is a chaotic and wonderful city, and the hotel is situated at the...

Large clean rooms. A small balcony looking over the backyard. A short walk from all main historic attractions, Adriana was just excellent and helped us a lot with the city review. I would certainly go there again.

Basic but brilliant. Great location with a 10-15 minute to majority of main places to see in Naples. Room was great size with a balcony and terrace. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, especially in going through a map of Naples of what to see and do and some great restaurant recommendations as well. Can't fault it at all. Great...

Decent accommodation, pretty basic, but clean and tidy. The host was very helpful when we arrived going through the map with us and showing us where things were. The room was large, and we had a small balcony overlooking the Main Street.

We loved this hotel located in the old part of Naples.10 minute walk down hill to the marina. The 17th century building itself worth seeing, the renovations inside are very modern. Our apartment was extremely spacious, with a balcony overlooking the neighbours and the motorcycles at night. Yet rooms very quiet, must be soundproof. The staff Adriana and Roberto could...

The accommodation was one of our favourite places to stay in Italy. The rooms were very spacious, modern bathrooms, with the main room keeping some authentic charm. Don't be put off by your arrival as you will walk up a typical Neopolitan St, through big black gates and into a dodgy looking courtyard. But beyond this, all quality & great...
