The Britannique is well located, a 10 minute walk from the Metro and close to both local shops and the more upmarket areas of the city. Our room was small and quite basic, but clean and functional. If you can, get a room with a view of the Bay of Naples. Breakfast was a basic continental type. The hotel service... More

Have just spent 10 days here with my partner for a friends wedding. The hotel is absolutely charming and the staff are very friendly and professional. They even managed to get both of our suits fully laundered and pressed in the late afternoon before the wedding the next morning. The rooms are a little dated, but it is completely in... More

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, can speak basic english so helpful if your not fluent with italian. We stayed for 10 days. Hotel is dated but adds to the charm of Naples, room immaculately clean and fresh bedding and towels daily. Breakfast good although basic (no hot options) nether the less tasty with plenty of choice. The hotel is only... More

This hotel offers spacious comfortable rooms and has polite and helpful staff. I spent one night in a standard land-facing room and six in one of the double superior rooms: the first was very good (complete with minibar, a choice between bathtub and shower and more space than is usual in a standard room) and the second was excellent. I... More

easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had all around the world. Everything in the hotel description and photos is misleading or plain wrong. I should have trusted the dozens of customer reviews who complained about the terrible condition and service of the hotel concrete issues you should consider before booking this hotel: * it's actually not so... Hotel is located in old historical building. Staff is very friendly and polite. Wi-fi works perfectly. Breakfast is ok (nothing special), in a very romantic restaurant. Location is also not to bad: in only 10 min walk distance from a metro Piazza Amedeo. Area is quite, despite a traffic in front hotel. In my opinion it is a good hotel... More

We spent two nights here in Naples before travelling on to Sorrento, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a hotel which, while possibly short on mod cons, was characterful, comfortable, and atmospheric. Ask for a room overlooking the Bay of Naples and the view will take your breath away. Breakfast was ample and tasty, service courteous and old... More
