I stayed at the Renaissance Naples hotel for a just about 4 months over 2016 while working in Naples. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very professional. From the front desk upon check-in and whenever I needed anything Max, Anna, Pina, Marina and Antonella were there to help and went out of there way many times to assist me. The...

Noise is unbelievable, from side ways and upper floor dragging non stop. Internet is 9 euro per day! not even in somalia they have this anymore, asked for free internet like any hotel I ever been too (visited 71 countries so far) and answer was 9 per day and they did not take extra step to simply offer it for...

It is true that the citizens of Napoli are the sweetest and the most straightforward people you'd meet in Italy. Their restaurant is so modern and comfortable with great food, waiters are extremely professional, the bar man and the receptionists are kind as well. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean and modern. I had been...

This hotel located in the heart of the city, near the castle and the sea. As the Platinum member, they upgrade my room to the seaview room and offer the lounge access. All the staff here are friendly. they also willing to help me everything.

This hotel is like a small business hotel. IT is at good location near to historical area and the boat pier. The lift door is very small and hard to get in or out. The bed is very comfortable but the heater is not very warm. There is no lounge in the hotel so members cannot enjoy much.

We stayed here for the location and we were definitely happy with our choice! We arrived around 5 by high speed train and took a taxi to the hotel. The area around the train station is a bit sketchy, so we opted for this safer area. The staff at the front desk was so kind..Max and and very kind female...

Centrally located, this hotel was a wonderful surprise. Efficient and pleasant front desk, smiling employees that goes out of their skin to assist, pleasant rooms with a magnificent view of the bay turned this into a great experience. Downsides: mediocre breakfast and walls (in the room) that Ned's painting. Nevertheless, a wonderful hotel.

More cons than pros. + + friendly staff + location - - really small room - no Marriott Rewards Platinum Elite recognition - no bottled water - no coffeemaker - no kettle - poor room acoustics - at least my room (507) - dirty bathtub (hair) This is max a 3* hotel, definitely not a 5* property.

Centrally located hotel for a great price. The rooms are typical to U.S. mid level chains (e.g., Marriott), albeit a bit smaller. The location can't be beat, as the main street is a few blocks away and the center of Naples is a short distance walk from the hotel. While we visited at the peak tourist season, the hotel was...
