We had a first rate visit to Naples for 4 nights before heading out to explore the Amalfi Coast and then Sicily. Marco is one of the leashing concierge in the country and one of our favorites in the world. He led us to amazing private tours; can’t miss restaurants; and sites that many tourists miss. The breakfast each day was fit for a queen and Alessandro and team made delicious omelets, fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh pastries daily.
This hotel surpassed our expectations greatly. Highly recommend.

I have been staying at the Grand Hotel Parker’s for a week for a business trips with little windows of time dedicated to sightseeing Bella Napoli. Wow! What a truly memorable experience. The hotel is one of those places that is the perfect blend of stately, timeless elegance with impeccable service. Dining at the Michelin starred George restaurant is an absolute must with mouthwatering dishes with a magical Neapolitan twist. My room with spectacular sea views was super comfortable and reminiscent of the grandeur of yesteryear. Great breakfast buffet and flawless service and the Liberty Restaurant with original period features transports you back in time. Great food and I really loved the wine which is directly from the wine cellars of the owners . And the views ...magnificent to say the very least. After a busy day I really appreciated the oasis of calm of the hotel which is in a great location, within walking distance of Naples’ best but far enough away to recharge your batteries from the delightful hustle and bustle that is the historic Centre of Napoli. The best part of my trip was undoubtedly the staff here : a perfect mix of professionalism and Neapolitan hospitality and heart. I would highly recommend the concierge service: Marco and Vincenzo are without a doubt the best concierges I have ever met. A personalized trip around Naples escorted by the elegant, knowledgeable concierges who make you feel like absolute royalty is something that I will remember forever...I can’t wait to come back.

First the positives: This is a really beautiful hotel and it has stunning views across the bay. Our room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well-appointed. All of the staff in the hotel were extremely courteous, as you’d expect from a 5 star deluxe.

Make sure you’re happy with the location if booking this hotel. We wish we’d done a little more research as it was quite a way from the main attractions and seafront. Whilst it tells you it’s about a 20 minute walk to the the sea, be prepared for the many flights of stairs you have to encounter each time you want to get up or down the hill!

We stayed for 3 nights but only had breakfast once as we left early for day trips on the other 2 days. Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Our poached eggs were cold and very undercooked, making them slimy and inedible. We also had to ask 3 separate times for bath towels and shower gel in our room (they provided us with only small hand towels initially). It’s the little things such as these that mean I can only give 4 out of 5 - perhaps we were just a bit unlucky, as it really is otherwise a lovely hotel.

Immediately the Parker’s brings into mind Old World Luxury. The hotel has a lovely feel of old style and contemporary luxury. It is fairly small which makes it even more intimate. The rooms are comfortable; breakfast plentiful and tasty and comes with stunning views over the Naples Bay.
The staff is very attentive and helpful.

During our trip to Italy, we spent two nights in Naples at this beautiful hotel. Even though we knew it was a luxury hotel, we were still highly impressed by the quality of accommodations and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We had several questions about getting around Naples, and the staff was knowledgeable and happy to help. In fact, they helped us secure a good rate on a taxi cab to the airport after we had several bad experiences with drivers over-charging our trips.

The rooms were immaculate, clean, and modern, while still having an inviting charm. For one of our nights, we were upgraded to an executive suite free of charge. The rooms come stocked with an excellent minibar with many options.

Typically hotel breakfasts are mediocre at best, but the breakfast at Grand Hotel Parker's was exceptional, well-presented, and had a wide variety of options to choose from. To top it off, breakfast is served on a balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. It was quite a unique experience, and you can't beat that view! You can also get this amazing view at the hotel's rooftop bar, which also features an extensive list of cocktails (and even a partnership with Campari).

Our only quip is that the location is a bit far from the city center, and there is not a lot of public transport to the area.

This aside, we truly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Reception... Very good until we tried for a room upgrade, tried for a free upgrade then offered to pay for one but very unacomodating.
Room - Standard room was very small, facing a brick wall with metal roller shutter as a blind. No chairs to sit on with no tea or coffee in room.... At best a 3* room, certainly not 5*
Level 6 - this is where the restaurant is and the terrace, now this 5*, very impressed with staff but the breakfast was what let this down as repetative and pretty basic
The George Michelin *restraunt... Superb, cannot fault it at all.

Overall, the reception attitude needs an overall as pretty disappointing, the standard room well below 5* abs extremely disappointing. The Michelin restraunt outstanding and is actually say the Hotel let's the restraunt down.
The view from the terrace is amazing but the location pig the hotel itself requires either a taxi or alot of walking up and down hills/stairs to get to centre

Lets start with the employees. Everyone was way above excellent Marco (concierge) was unbelievably professional, effecient, accommodating and he went all in to make our experience fantastic. The reception, porters, restaurant staff houseeeping - everyone was fantastic.
That is where our experience ended!!
The bedroom needs a good coat of paint. The beds were lumpy and a bit worn. The pillows felt like rocks. There was no tea/coffe machine in the room.
The restaurant does not offer any variety for lunchtimes or just a simple evening meal. The hotel almost wants to focus on getting one to eat in the George (1 michelin star) Restaurant at high prices.
A seperate bar area to sit and enjoy a relaxing drink after a hectic day of sight-seeing would be very welcome..
This hotel has a great reputation and sits high up on the hill overlooking Naples. The views are fantastic. But as it is set away from the centre of the city it can become quite expensive to catch a taxi down to the tourist areas and back to the hotel every day.
I would even suggest that this 5 star hotel should have its own daily bus facility up and down the hill - even if it was only once or twice per day.
I would rate the service absolute 5 star but the bedroom facilites and food choices bring this down to a little above 3 star .

That has been a very wonderful stay. The hotel is situated in the Corso Vittorio Emanuele; a walking distance to the most important attractions of the city and nearby to the public transportations .
The concierge service is been amazing: Marco and Vincenzo there were very kind and helped us to find the best places to visit and the best pizza and specialties to eat. The all staff was very nice with us.
A wonderful and unique view from the top floor . You can enjoy the Naples bay from the top while you have the breakfast or during a drink before and after dinner at the lounge bar or during the dinner in the George restaurant.
We couldn’t try the Michelin star restaurant because it was fulled book for the nights we were there.
Nice amenities in the rooms that were big and well cleaned.

Just stayed at Parkers and it is a lovely hotel but let’s itself down in certain areas. The guys on reception and in the lobby are superstars and really made us feel welcome from minute one and couldn’t do enough to help.
The rooms and hotel have just been renovated but the finishing Forman wants sacking as although the rooms are very nice if you have a keen eye for detail the finishes are a bit shoddy especially the tiling in the bathroom.
Breakfast was hit and miss and although the staff try very hard the food was ok at best. The omelette was literally just egg with nothing not even cheese.
The eggs Benedict was a masterpiece hard yolk undercooked white and hollandaise sauce the consistency of water.
The view from the restaurant is possibly one of the best views of Naples from the long terrace.

The people at Parker's from start to finish put more effort into making us feel valued and cared for than any hotel I have ever stayed in the US. Of course it's not the cheapest hotel in town, and its position up on the hill makes it a bit of a trek if you're walking to many places. But the view is worth the climb, and the staff really made the extra effort to make the stay special. The Michelin-starred restaurant has a similar devotion to a great customer experience (as you would expect for the price), and breakfast is more than worth it as an add-on. Would absolutely stay here again on any future trip to Napoli.
