Nice place in center of town. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station along the main drag. There is some shopping and dining nearby, but a bit gritty like most of Naples. The rooms are a bit small, but not cramped. There are safes in the closets. Thankfully, the windows block outside noise well, because it's on a busy... More

Hotel is well situated and a good base for exploring the city. The hotel felt safe, and was calm compared to the busy street outside. Best attribute is the 7th floor dining area with good views over the bay of Naples and adjacent beautiful church done. Rooms are typical of a city centre hotel so do not expect anything spacious.... In front of the University of Napoli ( from 1224) the oldest national university, I found out the good looking hotel, "Hotel Naples"4 ⭐️. Very easy to reach this hotel from Naples station, just 10 minutes walking. Around this area, many youngsters from Naples University walk on street and have a chat at the cafe. Very exciting area with good... More

I got a very small room, with stained walls and pretty outdated upholstery. Very impersonal, cold, uninspiring. Anyway for only one night I can manage. Unfortunately also an industrial breakfast. We are in Italy! You cannot serve powder based orange juice in Southern Italy!

We spent one night at this hotel-It is located close to many attractions and close to the port-buses-metro stations. Our room was not very large but it was very clean-good mattress and pillows-modern bath--The breakfast was good with lots of choices-Parking was a few blocks away with a surcharge-It was very reasonably priced and reception very professional and helpful

Surely not a luxury hotel but clean, useful and very quite notwithstanding the central position. The breakfast is good. You can reach all the main city attractions on foot. I suggest this hotel for a simple short stay

I was very happy with my experience. The hotel is clean, and the room is very comfortable. I only stayed in Naples for one night so I cant judge the area. Only minus was that the room temperature dropped in the middle of the night which caused me to wake up (I should have looked into how to use the... More

The breakfast is barely acceptable for a modest three-star hotel, definitely not for a four-star one. In fact, while the breakfast's "sweet" side is adequate, the "salty" side is entirely insufficient. No sausage apart from some cooked ham, no cheese (despite the plenty of cheeses the Naples area features!) apart from some trivial slices of processed cheese, and apart a... More

While In Naples for 3 nights I decided to book Hotel Naples for both its proximity to the ferry terminals & the trains. I stayed with my family (wife & 2 kids ages 12 & 13). We had 2 adjoining double bed rooms which worked perfectly for us. The rooms were very clean and the beds slept great! Each morning... More

I stayed several nights (not in a row) here with my daughter and always wanted to come back because of the warm feeling and nice rooms. I had an issue with some shirts needed to be ironed (no irons in the rooms), and the ladies did several on my shirts and packed them nicely! The breakfast which was being served... More
