The rooms are gorgeous and the staff are brilliant, most helpful. Location is just right, on the main street, with a lift to the room. There was a roof-top bar and restaurant. My husband and I sat and watched the cruise liners dock for their trip to Naples. Perfect for a holiday in Naples.

We arrived early evening and walked around towards the castle. The receptionist guided us towards the port side, so the next morning our guide took us to see the important landmarks of the city. We checked out in the morning. We forgot to buy water and there was no complimentary water in the room. The breakfast in the terrace was refreshing. Italy just opened fir tourists so things will surely i prove in no time.

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the past & usually it is very good. On this occasion it was not as clean as it should have been (there was mould on the shower head! and elsewhere in the bathroom). Breakfast was terrible. Coffee served in thermal jugs and not much left by the time we got there at 8:30. There was no sign of anyone to greet us or refill any of the food or beverages. My partner had to drink his coffee out of a cereal bowl! We were very disappointed & will probably not be returning.

We stayed for one night. It is perfectly located for train, airport, tourist attractions, shopping, and more. We arrived early for check in and they allowed us to store our bags so we could get out and see the sites. Check in was seamless and front desk service was polite and efficient. We had a family room which had 2 bathrooms and was clean. Beds were fine but could use better pillows. Free breakfast was included. It wasn't anything special but croissants were very fresh. Staff at breakfast room could've been friendlier. A great place to stay for the night in Naples. Would stay again.

we stayed here for 4 nights,an excellent stay. the hotel is 200m from the metro station. nearby there is a big supermarket and a great Italian restaurant, very cheap-Antica Pizzeia,Our room, 209 was very modern with good air condition and no noise from outside.the hotel is located on Corso Umberto st, more than 1.5 km long full of great clothing and shoes shops, a paradise for shoppers. The breakfast room on the 7th floor is very elegant with an open garden balcony facing the nearby port.food needs some improvement(white cheese, tomatoes, onions )but their yogurt and cakes were quite good.we saw air crews staying in the hotel too.the main asset of the hotel is the staff that was very polite and helpful in all sections of the hotel.Mr. Luciano in the reception helped us a lot , supplying maps, tour information help etc, a really nice and always smiling person.I will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. The room was disastrous; dirty floor ,mattress flabby in a bad way ,the walls with the paper broken. The bathroom with lack of cleaning and the tap of the washbasin rusted. In addition, the breakfast are lamentable : no fresh fruit , coffee of bad quality and serving the same commercial bakery products rich in sugar and fat

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and found it to be very reasonable. Our first visit we were on the 6th floor and it was nice and quiet. Our second visit we were on the 2nd floor and there was more traffic noise. The breakfast was reasonable with more than enough choice. On both visits there were tour groups staying so breakfast became very hectic and it could be difficult to get a table. Recommend getting there early. The location was very convenient, about 1.5k from the central station and easy access to the port and maybe 20 minutes to major attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

This is quite an elegant hotel in the University area. Plus points include the size of the rooms, good wifi and aircon) and the location of the breakfast room on the roof terrace with views out to the harbour area. Minus marks: The room décor was a bit tired with lots of marks on the walls and the light switch hanging loose on the wall of the bathroom(!). My main gripe was about the charging at checkout - I had a drink from the minibar on my first night and the drink wasn't replaced in the minibar by the room service staff but, when I went to check out after 5 nights I was told that I had had 5 drinks from the minibar as the room service staff had noted that drink missing 5 days in a row. There was also some confusion over whether or not my room had been prepaid and I ended up forking out on the spot for a room that I thought had been prepaid. Given the minibar "confusion" I'll be checking my credit card statements carefully when I get home.

The hotel offers good value for money and is centrally located. However it doesn’t meet the expectations of a four star hotel. Our bathroom was a disabled bathroom which meant once we’d showered the whole bathroom was soaked. The drains smelt throughout the room. Air conditioning hardly worked.
