Stayed here on a business trip over a weekend. Excellent hotel, great courtyard, easy to get around location. Great breakfast and fantastic staff. Staff knowledgeable regarding the plethora of tourist destinations in the area, including great restaurants. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Really lovely hotel - great location, close enough to main train station and a short walk to the Metro. We stayed for one night, primarily to go and see Herculaneum and Pompeii. It is an easy walk to and from the main railway station, but some of the street life is a little 'hairy'..... I travelled with my 11 year...

Unfriendly and aloof staff, who didn't seem to really care. The only friendly person was a lady with blond hair (French?) on the front desk who spoke perfectly English and was friendly. Most other service staff (including in the restaurant) were unfriendly and most with a poor command of English. I was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which I found...

My wife and I spent few days and nights in this hotel. Right from the start we felt welcomed by the entire front desk staff. Our room was an awesome two storey with great amenities. We slept so well. The dining room staff as well were great and the food was awesome. This hotel is in the heart of busy...

My stay here was one of contrasts and tensions. Deciding to walk to the Palazzo from the Central Railway station was not the wisest of decisions - not because it was far (around one kilometre) but because negotiating the marketeers, touts and their stalls, traffic (human and vehicular), harrowing road crossings, rubbish and overflowing dumpsters set the tone for my...

The receptionist asked to me if it was first time for me to stay in the hotel, I said no, it's second time. The result was offering to me a room little in front of street without bidet and with bath smelling with wc cover smelling and of yellow colour as something not good to say. Is it their wish...

Beautiful Palazzo near to old part of Naples; nice room in modern style; nice SPA area but a little bit small; hectic athmosphere in breakfast room; fabulous Patio to sit outside; run-down surroundings outside Hotel

The hotel was below standard for a MGallery by Sofitel standards. The room we were in was fairly basic. The fridge didn't work and although we were told it would be fixed, it wasn't. We were told that we could not have cold air through the air conditioning as it was still too early in the year. Apparently it is...

Dear Peter, I am very sorry for your remarks and really regret that our service did not meet your expectations. The mini bar is not a regular fridge, it is meant to keep beverages fresh. However the tecnician came to the room and set it to the lowest temperature possible. As you checked-in tin the first week of April, the...

Let me start this review by saying that we arrived at this hotel from a couple of weeks travelling through Italy and longer through Europe. We booked based on the photos and star rating of the hotel assuming it would be fine. The location (while a little rough) is actually very convenient to some of the older areas and no...

Dear KerchieArndTheWorld, first of all I'd like to introduce myself again as I am the "lady manager" whom you have talked to the phone to. As I first explaind you on the phone, the two girls who took your calls were not hunging up on you but you had been held online while trying to contact the reservation office, and...

Rooms were comfortable and location was pretty good. The area might appear a little rough but it's fine, we had no issues whatsoever. The letdown was the breakfast, really not up to standard with poor choices and chaotic service. Reception staff were helpful without being assertively attentive. Overall, OK.
