This was a Jet2 city break. We went at the end of September, and the weather was perfect. We took the bus from the airport, got off at the central station, and discovered that the hotel was only about 200 yards walk up a tree-lined avenue. But had we made a mistake? The broad pavements were cracked, the walls covered...

Let's start with the pair of womens underwear we found on the floor in our room and we will take things from there. Yes, a pair of black bottoms crumpled on the floor next to what would be our daughters bed, the fold out love seat. The rest of the room itself was not necessarily dirty but it definitely wasn't...

Great hotel in the historical centre of Naples, conveniently situated next to Naples' central station on Garibaldi. Great service, great breakfast and amazing low season rates. My only criticism would be directed on the hotel's toaster in the breakfast room. It burnt my toast twice and/or would not toast. Fickle thing.

We arrived to an area which obviously made the hotel look a lot better. However, the staff weren't the most welcoming, the staff member who works at the "meal" desk (the waiter) was very impolite, didn't really talk to us but then to the older guests was a lot more friendly and gave them ideas about what to order. Was...

Beautiful courtyard covered with a huge tent & heated if necessary where one can have eat or just sit & have a drink. Very nice rooms. Rather spacious. Book at least a delux room. We booked superior which in fact was...

We had two wonderful rooms , each had super views. The hotel is a classic as it is 800 years old and once the private residence of the Jing of Naples. The rooms are huge and walls / doors are solid. The inner courtyard is very beautiful and the breakfast is superb. The wine cellar is a must see and...

The room itself was a duplex room, with 1 window. The stair in the room is not really an advantage. The only window, was with view on a chaotic terras with cleaning products, so we left the curtains closed. The option of half board is an excellent formula: - the breakfast is of very high quality - and the supervising...

Newly renovated hotel. Very nice entrance, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given two bits of chocolate in a well wrapped box as a welcoming present. The room was nice and breakfast has very good variety. A few minor faults with the construction like some crooked bits of the floor and some parts are u even. Our...

Beautiful old palazzo building, nicely renovated/refurbished. Courtyards are great to sit and just enjoy the atmosphere.Service needs some improvement though. Located very close to the old town and also the airport. Friendly staff, clean and well equipped rooms.
