A very nice hotel, with decent sized room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed with lovely linen. Parking available for 25€ valet, or there is a 15€ option if you would like to park it yourself in their parking lot down the street. We took a tour of Pompeii as recommended by the hotel, but personally I would avoid doing that... More

The setting of the hotel is sensational - old Italian palace with a gorgeous entry a beautiful courtyards. Inside, the hotel is equally impressive and nicely decorated. However, this is where my praise ends. The location of the hotel is pretty awful and dodgy and we did not feel to safe there. The main problem for us was the lack... More

Rooms were lovely - fabulous beds and lovely bathrooms. Bar was good for a pre dinner drink and breakfast was fine but ask for a proper coffee don't just drink what is out. Do not dinner there if you can avoid it!! The food was patchy and not very good on the four occasions we are there. Naples overall was... More

Modern hotel in a beautiful and well-kept 13th-century building, former residence for the mighty Caracciolo family and in some point for the King of Naples back then in 19th century. Excellent accommodation on the verge of the old city. Walking distance to the Central station and the National museum. Very tranquil place amongst the hustle and bustle, an oasis of... More

Ever been to Napoli? Then you know what I mean! Bustling does not describe the chaotic mass of humanity and traffic of this town. Wow! However, Palazzo Caracciolo make all of that fade away the moment you walk through the door. I was here for a night on my way to Sorrento, the taxi ride took five years off my... More

Location on the outer edge of historic centre, walkable to station, cathedral, museum etc. Taxi to ferries. Naples is a city worth visiting but, as expected, feels very chaotic with traffic, crowds, beggars etc, caution is clearly needed in most areas of city, especially after dark (even in daytime, in 10 mins walk from hotel to station, all 3 pockets... This was a very nice hotel with a great covered courtyard and dining area with very nicely decorated rooms. It was contemporary with a sexy flare to it. Service was excellent and hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The bed was one of the most comfortable of all the hotels that we stayed at in Italy. The room was... More

My husband and I only stayed here one night so this may not be too accurate. More of a first impression review. The hotel itself was beautiful and so was our room. Beautiful artwork and clean. What we didn't like was how we were treated by staff. They had some type of art event going on in their garden area... More

The Caracciolo is a generally peaceful oasis from the Neapolitan chaos outside. Cosy rooms, clean décor and ambient space for breakfast in the covered courtyard or restaurant area. As is mentioned by others the wifi isn't great, but it is free - fast enough once connected but sometimes taking a while to share a login to your device which was... More
