I went to Naples with a friend for a long weekend to experience the pre-Christmas atmosphere. I searched for a B&B on the internet and found the "B&B in the centre" on Via Toledo next to the Toledo metro stop. What can I say.....very central location, about halfway along Via Toledo, a pedestrian area full of shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, you can walk practically anywhere from Piazza Plebiscito, the Galleria and continue towards the seafront or on the opposite side towards Piazza Dante and the historic center until reaching Spaccanapoli and the Duomo. Or you can take the funicular and go to Vomero or even the metro and go anywhere. The apartment that houses the B&B has been renovated with great taste and attention to all details, modern furniture, colored walls, false ceiling with particular lighting, spacious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. We also had a small terrace furnished with a small table and two chairs where we had breakfast (almost spring temperature despite being in December). Cleanliness rating 10, the room was carefully tidied up every day. Great location, couldn't be better. Fifty meters from the Toledo Metro, cross the road and you are in the Spanish Quarters. In the heart of Naples, in twenty minutes walk you can easily reach everywhere, from Piazza Plebiscito to Chiaia, from Piazza Bellini to Piazza Dante, from Santa Chiara to the Duomo. What can we say about the wonderful experience in this B&B, chosen for us, an Italian-French couple, and for some Spanish friends for New Year's Eve 2023?
