Our room in Hotel ToledoStop was very small but the bathrooms was a good size and there was plenty of wardrobe/ luggage space and a fridge. Decor was tastefully minimalist/ stylish and there was a small balcony overlooking via Toledo. Kettles were available in the hallway. Very clean and comfortable. It is on a busy and noisy street but with the windows closed the soundproofing is reasonably good. We were so exhausted after busy days it didn’t really bother us. It is not staffed all the time but staff were contactable and helpful. Overall we would highly recommend it for short visits to the city.

This hotel was truly a charming one with great service! The location is very close to the metro station, & there are many cafes, pizzerias, & a cake shop across the street. The room had a very nice & modern decor, the bathroom is also very clean & everything was modern & nice. There was also a small balcony overlooking the side street. The elevator is old, only stops at one floor per call, & you will receive a set of 5 keys with a paper to explain which goes where, a bit confusing at first but manageable. I’ll definitely stay there again!

The location is great! In the heart of Napoli! The room is very clean,comfortable and safe (there is no fridge).The stuff is kind and smiley but they don’t speak English so it’s a little difficult to communicate. I would recommend you to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. We had a private room with ensuite. The room was very spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking via toledo it was quite fun to watch all the commotion from there. The windows have such great isolation that if you close them you hear absolutely nothing from your room. The room is cleaned every day and has all the commodities you need towels, soap, hair dryer, etc. There were even two complimentary water bottles in our fridge! That was much appreciated. Fabrizzio in reception is great! Even when hes not at reception he is available through whats app. Dont be shy if you need something let him know! We asked if we could get an electric kettle and within hours he left one in our room! Really great attention received from him. Location of the hotel is the best! Right in the middle of everything. Its the same distance to the heart of naples as to the coast we didnt even need to use public transportation, only to go to central station and the toledo metro stop is just two blocks away. When we go back to naples (we loved the city) we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Fabrizzio for making our stay so pleasant.

The room was very comfortable ,clean. A diamond in the heart of Naples. Fabrizio is kind and helpful, don’t hesitate to ask him any information, he answers really fast (I don’t know how 😝)! The staff was polite but they don’t speak English, so whatever you want it’s easier to contact Fabrizio. After checkout there is a possibility of leaving your baggage there until your flight. If you are going to travel in Naples is the best accommodation to stay.

This small charming hotel is located in a perfect location just near Quartieri Spagnoli. We came back twice to the same place cause we really enjoyed our first experience there. Simply perfect stay. The B&B is located in an exceptional location, inside a building in via Toledo, a few steps from the metro station. Very kind receptionist, present a few hours of the day. The keys of the B&B are given to be autonomous in the movements. Beautiful double room, spacious, air conditioning present, brand new bathroom and spotless. Many thanks to the staff who took care of the arrangement and cleaning of the room: excellent cleaning every day of both the room and the bathroom. The structure is well soundproofed, in fact even being on Via Toledo at night we slept well. Great value for money. Absolutely recommended.
