The hotel is situated on a side street off Via San Biagio Dei Librai, which is a great street for wandering. The hotel entrance at first seems a little odd, as you enter up a concrete staircase through a heavy locking door. The staircase is on the second floor, which can be accessed via a lift (though oddly with at... More

Situated right in the middle of old Napoli the location is perfect for walking around the city. Unfortunately the room (which was supposed to be an upgrade) we got wasn't so nice. No window, apart from a rooflight, the door was more or less a ply wood plank and the bathroom stank of sewage and faeces from the toilet. We... More

Very nice B&B, location is perfect, right in the middle of the historic center, gorgeous piazza's nearby to spend the evening. Restaurants everywhere. Room with a view, and although in busy center nice and quiet rooms.

We spent 3 nights accomadated in a double room without any window. Since there were no openings in the whole corridor of the appartment the only way to get some fresh air was opeing the main entrance door or using the air condition 24 hours.. After conplaing that we feel claustrophobic in the room it was told to us that... More

It's very well located. The staff are nice, kind and helpful although not particularly friendly. 10c are necessary for getting the lift but they give you a key to overcome this limitation. Despite the initial appearance of the building, the rooms are completely refurbished and clean and new. In case of late check in - later than 20h, they charge... More

We stayed at this B&B for 4 nights. As other people have wrote, yes you need 10 cents to make it up the lift. We saw someone else put a key to make it work and it did work, saving you 10 cents each time. The young girl that checked us in was great, and very helpful. Breakfast is worth... More

Situated in a great location, this B&B could do well to offer more customer service. It's the little things that make your stay memorable, but Medea is not quite there yet. The lift requires 10cents to operate, but we could not get the coin in the slot as it was damaged. Being on the top 4th floor could have meant... More

We stayed in Naples in June 2016. I did email the hotel for directions, but did not a reply, so was a little concerned about the hotel. However the staff were extremely helpful and the room and terrace was lovely. We walked from the train station, but the Metro would have been much easier. From the outside, the hotel does... More

This B&B is located in the pulsating heart of Naples inside an ancient building totally rebuilt. The rooms are pretty, the staff is kind and helpful, prices are competitive. Everything you wanna visit it's close to the hotel, but consider that the area is full of bar and restaurants and so it can be loud in the night due to... More
