My husband and I stayed at Maison Toledo 210 for three nights in June 2017 to celebrate his 50th birthday. We wanted to have a good look around Naples rather than visiting for the day.

Maison Toledo 210 is in a great location, right in the heart of the area that we, as tourists, wanted to explore. Right on Via Toledo, 5 minutes walk to the port for boats to Capri, Ischia and Procida, 2 minutes walk to Piazza Plebiscito, 5 minutes walk to Toledo underground station.

There are only three rooms at the B&B so it felt cosy and homely whilst still feeling like we were staying in a charming Neapolitan property. Our room was really large, had it's own lobby and en suite. It had lovely views into the Galleria and a tiled floor. It was so peaceful at night and the mattress was super comfy. All areas were kept very clean and we had an abundance of white fluffy towels! Breakfast is not vast but is adequate and the cakes and pastries were delicious. The B&B has a small terrace off the dining room so you can sit and chill out after a hectic day of site seeing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved Naples, the locals were very friendly and we never felt unsafe. There is so much to see we only felt like we scratched the surface. As you'd expect, the city is full of great ristorante to try out. We will definitely return in the future and it will be a joy to return to Maison Toledo.

Fantastic location in the city heart, easy to go around for dinner shopping or tourist points, big room size very friendly staff and beautiful building, the only concern was the toilet, quite small but everything else was perfect.

Just had 2 days in Napoli and I'm so happy that we booked Maison Toledo rather than a hotel. Beautifully renovated rooms, friendly staff and the location is perfect. Coming inside from the busy Via Toledo to our quiet room felt like heaven. We will definitely book Maison Toledo 210 next time in Napoli.

Good sized room with one bed and one sofa bed. Air conditioning worked well.

Low level of service/welcome and availability of receptionist.

Noisy location meant disruption at night.

Average breakfast at nearby cafe.

Bathroom was fine with fair facilities.

Overall a two star experience.

Centrally located, rooms looking into galleria Umberto 1. Breakfast served in the galleria. Opposite to Quartieri Spagnoli. Free WiFi. Close to metro stations Toledo, Municipio and Funicolare. Reception not always manned. Great shopping in via Toledo.

Very disappointing stay at Maison Toledo:

-Bad smell in bathroom and bedroom
-Cold shower
-Breakfast was terrible; no fresh food and minimal selection. On New Year’s Day they didn’t provide any breakfast but charged the full price for the day incl. breakfast
-Lack of basic amenities (no hairdryer, cheap shampoo & shower gel)
-Cold room, no heating
-Decor tacky and doesn’t reflect the grand historic building
-4 doors with different keys to get to the room
-Minimal service provided at reception

Positive:
-great location
-bed is comfortable

Not worth the price. Better options available.

Buon anno nuovo

It is located in the main shopping street, in Galleria Umberto, historic building of Naples. Armando and his staff were so kindly and helpfull. It's perfect for families, closer to the subway useful to reach any place.
I want to go back soon!

Located in an old but fully renovated building this B&B has several rooms and a large dining area. Everything is spacious and clean and tastefully decorated, many original elements have been kept. The owners are two brothers who have their office in the same building and were very helpful and friendly as were the ladies that prepared our breakfast. I appreciated that breakfast was more than the usual pre-packed cookies and crackers, the second day we even had ham and cheese and fresh rolls.
The location is very convenient on via Toledo, but since the windows look on to the Galleria Umberto I rather than to the street there was no traffic noise. Definitely recommended.

The Good: Welcoming staff, lots of light, spacious room (we had the suite), really good location, fun view of historic mall, good quirky storage space, modern decor, good lighting, coffee and tea making facilities, in room safe, pleasant terrace outside room with espresso machine and seating, good mirrors, nice towels and linens, comfy bed, shower pressure good. All things one would expect in this price range.

The Bad: the room doesn't get enough fresh air. All windows look into the gallery and there is a feeling of stale air.
On check out we were unable to leave our luggage as we had not previously arranged it. The Dominican cleaning lady was extremely friendly and helpful but in the end we had to take our luggage with us.

The Ugly: the en suite bathroom is just 2 thin cardboard walls and one glass door with no ceiling close to the bed affording little privacy. You can hear (and smell!) anything (groaning boiler) and if you turn the light on at night you light up the whole room. In this box there is no room for a basin so a teeny weeny basin stands on the outside wall near the bed. When you have a shower you have to remember to bring toiletries in from outside as there is no space for anything inside. The suite has a huge living area so why not make a decent bathroom there? I do not consider this an adequate bathroom in this price range of b&b.

I stayed at this B&B with my cousin for one night last week. Upon arrival, the taxi driver dropped us off to the wrong place so we got a bit lost. Sharon was available via Whatsapp and provided us with clear directions on how to reach the hotel. Thank you once again, you made a stressful situation easier! The B&B itself is located next to a shopping centre - Galleria Umberto. The rooms over look the centre which is amazing (Sephora is downstairs for those who want it!). The room was very clean and spacious. The location is great, right on Via Toledo which had lots of shops and restaurants. The port is only a 10min walk away, directly behind the B&B if you're staying in Naples as a stop over or want to do a day trip along the Amalfi Coast. Only downside that i would say is that the bathroom is within the bedroom with an open ceiling so you can hear everything - for those who are self conscious about using the bathroom with other people listening, this place might not be great for you. However, I would defo stay in this place again. Great place and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Thank you! :)
