Staying in the hotel was a nightmare. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The shower is tine. The wifi and TV didn't work at all. After bringing up the wifi issue with the hotel a few times they assured us they would work on it and should be working in no time, which never happened. As we were checking... More

We stayed in Villa Margherita for 5 days. From the Capodichino airport it takes around 20 min. with taxi and 25 Euro. We were warmly welcomed by the staff especially by Mr. Raffaele who reserved us a pleasant and simple room with balcony. He was so nice suggesting lots of things to do in Naples and many tips to save... More

I always thought that Diamond was the hardest substance. That was until I stayed in the twin room at Villa Margherita, where both the twin mattresses were uncomfortable, noisy and rock hard. Both of the beds in the room squeaked when we moved, which meant we had the worst possible sleep, getting woken up every time we rolled over, trying... More

I now see what another reviewer meant by 'A mixed bag'! The room wasn't great on first impression. Although it was very spacious it was an odd decor and the air con, tv and phone didnt appear to work on first inspection and the mirror broken. We definitely warmed to it as our stay went on, however, and it was... More

Clean, comfortable, inviting. Beautiful views of the City. Friendly staff: Vincenzo and Salvatore especially went out of their ways to help us. Breakfast is not sumptuous, but certainly adequate. Ask for eggs and Salvatore will make them for you. The place has a nice sort of old world charm, and the rooms are pretty quiet for as close into the... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 6 nights, while exploring Naples and the surrounding Islands etc.. We were given a room with a window, but we ended up upgrading to a another room room with a balcony - which didnt regret at any time. Superb view to sit and have a glass or two at. The room itself was... More

We asked for a room for 3 people and were given a very spacious one with a gigantic bathroom and a fantastic city view. There was plenty of hot shower water. The towels had a vinegar smell to them, but seemed clean. The beds were extremely firm with squeaky springs and not too comfortable. The funicolare runs underneath and is... More

This hotel is located in a beautiful area of Napoles with many old-fashioned buildings around. It is a very quite residential area. The rooms are Ok, but a little maintenance would be good. The breakfast is not the best. A better breakfast with the stunning view from the meal room would be perfect. The Metro/train station is nearby about 3... More

In one of the most beautiful area of Neaples, surrounding by old-fashioned buildings and quiet street, this hotel offers elegance, good service and confort at a right and proper prices. Maybe the breakfast could be richer...and sometimes the reception is neglected but in my opinion, for that price, these issue can be considered part of the appeareance of the form.... More
