Close to via Toledo, this property has independent apartments with their own terraces and rooms. Straddling the borderline between two sides of this multi-faceted city mingle and melt: on one side the very popular and pedestrianised via Toledo, the main commercial artery, much loved by the Neapolitans for evening strolls, The award winning Toledo Mestro station, the funicular, Piazza Plebiscito, the royal palace and the San Carlo theatre alongside a myriad of crowds, banks, offices, shops, street artists; and on the other side the most genuine and the pulsating soul of the city, a picturesque mix of narrow alleys, uphill and downhill slopes, lively restaurants, street art, small shops, the Pignasecca market and the buzzing neighborhoods that offer a glimpse of the real Naples, as lived by its people. Inspired by the colours of spices, these cozy apartments, tastefully furnished by the architects who run them, lead the visitor on a Mediterranean journey, giving the immediate sensation

Ciao Luigi many thanks for coming to our guest house The buildings in the historical center are protected by UNESCO, so 99% don't have elevator. so you have 2 choices eather to choose an apartment on the lower floors or go up for a few more seconds and to have; light, air, silence, panorama You and I personally think that for a few seconds of more stairs to climb it is worth having all this, also because the stay is for a few days and in any case we help to get up your luggage we hope to welcome you again (now that you are trained but climbing the stairs :-)

We found this apartment crispy clean and with an inviting little terrace (we had the rooftop apartment). Super romantic and great to open the terrace door in the morning and hear Napoli waking up. Location is great. There are quite some steep stairs to get to the apartment so

Amazing, stunning, perfect! The apartment and service epitomises Neapolitan charm, hospitality and style. As soon as I arrived to the train station Naples, I was welcomed by the apartment manager. He took me to the apartment and even gave me a tour of the city! I was stunned by
