Hi Andy, I suppose the best way is to take a high speed ferry boat from Naples harbor/Molo Beverello to Capri (the alternative ferry companies are NLG or SNAV - 50 minutes, alternatives and schedules found easily from internet). I went first to Ischia and continued from there to Capri. The taxi costed us 20 euros from Naples Airport. It is better to share this fixed price information to the taxi driver to make sure that you are not overcharged. There are plenty of different trip organizers to visit the Pompeii. I usually prefer to do these kind of trips on my own, so unfortunately I cannot give you any exact recommendation about this matter. I would count on the customer reviews on TripAdvisor.... There’s a well stocked super market 2 minutes from the hotel with a 15 minute walk to the port for other trips the hotels runs 2 free taxis to the port and Capri however to get to Ana Capri you need to order a taxi or go by bus. There are various eating places of the beaten track the locals will tell you about them they are beautiful, with great foodEnjoy

We had room 34, which is one level below the rooftop with the jacuzzi. It was a beautiful view!

Hello The customer service at the Villa Excelsior Parco is excellent, from room to restaurant. I have some dietary concerns and they were able to address it impeccably. I suggest you contact them and pose your requirements. I am sure they will be able to accommodate you to your satisfaction. It is a wonderful, lovely place. Suggest you get a room in a higher floor overlooking Naples. Enjoy!!!!
