The Weber Ambassador Hotel is a four-star luxury Capri hotel, right on the beach of Marina Piccola, the nicest of Capri Island. No beach in Capri isle and in the world is more fashionable and exclusive than Marina Piccola. This hotel is ideal for those who are looking for a totally relaxing holiday, in perfect harmony with nature and the sea, in a location well away from the bright, noisy and some time problematic Piazzetta, a very crowded place where all discos and night clubs are, and where thousand of young people spend the night in gangs. Although this is only metres away, and can be reached using our free shuttle service, which runs every 5 minutes throughout the day and until 3.00 Am. We won't offer you "3 for 2" or "5 for 3" nights like some Capri hotels do and in which, when you book and stay only one night because the place isn't inhabitable, they make you pay for the whole stay. You can book a room at the Weber Ambassador through our booking system online

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Perfect location, friendly staff, great breakfast, shuttle to city center and the port. We stayed here three nights and didn’t want to leave! The pool is very nice, the sun deck is relaxing. The bar staff is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Capri.

Came in at the end of the season! There was perfect weather and smaller crowds. The staff was very attentive. Chetto picked us at the harbor. With his Italian music playing and the talent the of his driving we knew he was the best. We took several trips to and from hotel but always looked forward to Chetto being our driver! The lagoon below was great for a daily swim and the balcony was awesome for sunrise and sunsets!

We had the possibility to stay at this beautiful hotel at Marina Piccola, Capri. The hotel has stunning view to the sea and the Faraglioni. The pool is very nice with sea view. The room was a deluxe one with balcony and sea view, very simple but the view breathtaking!!! Only a few steps away from the beach. The staff is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Hope to get back soon

What to say about this hotel. I had read the reviews so had a good idea of what to expect. To start with the good- the location is exceptional and breathtakingly beautiful. The view of Marina Picola and the faraglioni rocks was amazing. It was easy to walk to the beach at marina picola. The hotel has a free shuttle every 10mins to Capri town which means you never notice you are not in h the heart of it. Makes the hotel feel convenient for everything. As others have said the rooms and hotel are very dated. It’s very clean with comfortable beds. Our room did have a funny smell which is to be expected in a hotel that has not been renovated for a very long time. The main let down was the staff-unfriendly, disinterested, rude are a few words that come to mind. It’s necessary to chase them around the restaurant to get any sort of service. I’ve never before criticised hospitality staff in busy locations as I know how tough their job is but the waiter Cataldo needs calling out for his lack of service. He constantly ignored us to the point other staff intervened. Would I recommend it- yes for the location and if you understand this is all you are paying for and don’t expect anything more.

Dear Madam, we thank you for writing a nice review of our hotel. Your disappointment goes for our waiter Cataldo. He is a young man who speaks English very well and many female tourists invite him after work to the disco or for night bathing on our beach. However, we have 9 waiters who could serve her and we don't understand why she only wanted to be served by Cataldo. We called this waiter back and he reported something that left us doubtful about his review.

It’s a motel that advertises — and charges — as a hotel resort. Not only was the front desk very unprofessional upon our entrance, they refused to give us a second key to the room. As we were led to the room by a bell hop we didn’t want or need because we had one roll on each (but knew he wanted the tip, so…). The standard room is like a cabin in the woods with no character or charm. It’s like some scene from a cheap horror film. Lunch was a disaster. Stale bread, no wine even though I ordered it before any meal, my meal was wrong and came out long after my husband’s meal. And finally, the wine showed. Quite the disparate experience from that which I have ever had — even when I was young and stayed in hostels! The room is $450 a night. There is no beach.

We stayed here for two nights. Capri is magical and this hotel makes it very comfortable. A shuttle picked us up from the marina (7 euro/person) and then they have a free shuttle to take you into Capri town that runs continuously until 2a. We never wiated more than 5 mins for a shuttle. The pool has a great view and all of the rooms have a beautiful view of marina piccola. It is a short walk down to the beach with clear blue water. Staff was very friendly. Loved this hotel and marina piccola. No visit to this region is complete without spending 2 nights on this magical island.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was in a beautiful location and the staff was amazing. The whole place had a perfect view. Also, the air conditioning worked very well. Unfortunately, we only spent one night. We will definitely find a way back. Cataldo made our time extra special!

One of the best experience we had in our Italy Tour. Reception was quiet energetic and full of help. Best part is sea view and they provide shuttle service every 15 min to centre of Capri. This is like a feather in cap . Gem of person is Dining waiter( sorry I forgot name ) who is happy to not only serve but take extra care for all your need. Thanks 👍🙂

This family run hotel, is the best hotel in Capri. Here are are the best reasons to stay here: A: Nicola, the manager. Is one of the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet. There is nothing impossible for him. He should teach a class on how to do hospitality correctly. He helped us out with lost phones, mixed up luggages, reservations at beach clubs and so much more. B: the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Overlooking Marina Piccolo, the yachts and Faraglioni. There are complimentary shuttles to the town and to the port. Also since they are accecible by their own shuttle, porter service isn’t necessary. C: the pool and the food - to have a nice pool to cool off to was a blessing. The breakfast buffet on the balcony was amazing was was the lunch menu by the pool. A few areas of improvement: A: the rooms are bare and could use an upgrade. We were not expecting luxury, but some basics amenities and decorations would help warm up the rooms. For example a separate shampoo, conditioner and body was instead of just a body wash B: being that it’s family run, there were staff members that I assume were family that were unhelpful such as the cranky uncle at the pool and the young lady at the reception who kept giving us a no answers to everything. We will be back soon. We loved our stay here

We stayed here in June as a family of four in two rooms. The location is fantastic, right on the coast with a short walk to the beach, the views are superb. The rooms were very clean, functional and comfortable and again with amazing views over the bay with super - yachts boring in the distance. The hotel offers a great regular shuttle bus to the main town which is around 10 mins up the hill by car and a beautiful 15-20 mins walk down should you choose to do so. The check in staff were fantastic, particularly the gentleman with curly hair, the Sri Lankan driver was fantastic and all in all a good stay. The only let down is, the restaurant. They have one of the best views probably in all of Italy and yet it has the worst food and service I have come across in the country. It is beyond awful. How the hotel could possibly find the worst chefs in Italy to prepare food in such a perfect setting is hilarious... The breakfast buffet is just hideous, a lunch we had was ghastly and finally a dinner was the very worst meal we had in three week in Italy. So I recommend a stay in the hotel, it works. But don't waste your time nor money in the hotel restaurants.
