We were greeted by friendly staff who were very attentive throughout our stay. The double room was spacious, comfortable and clean with two small balconies, one of which caught the sun all afternoon. Facilities in the room included two TVs...not sure you would use the one in the bathroom! Small fridge, tea/coffee making, spa shower. The continental Breakfast was fresh and plentiful daily. Location was fantastic, 10 minutes from Sorrento station on the Circumvesuviana line which could take you direct to Pompeii and Vesuvius as well as to Naples. 7 minute walk into the main centre and a further short walk to the beautiful coast and crystal waters. A lift for €1 will take you down to the beach.

We will definitely go back once we are over the COVID19 as we had to cut our holiday short to come home due to the country being placed under lockdown.

Vhome was excellent. The rooms are amazing, localization is great, great breakfast and everybody is nice. There were two girls working there that chatted a lot with me, my wife and my friends (wish we could remember their names). Really great people. Take a walk into Sorrento from there, you can go to Amalfi Coast from the station (there is a bus leaving from there everyday). I recommend this place to everybody and we miss it here in Brazil.

We had a very comfortable stay at V Home. Room was very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was included and offered by 7am which was very inconvenient for days with early morning tours. Location was close to the train station and a close walk to the city center. Staff was a great help. Antonio was a sweetheart.

V home is over priced and isn’t a hotel it is a couple of rooms in an apartment block. The headboard was disheveled as in the picture which I’m confused as to why it would be left like that with incoming guests jt was a horrific first impression and the room looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com. The safe was broken so we had to bring out passports out everywhere with us staff told us they’d get batteries for it and never did. There’s a pool which isn’t part of the hotel you can use but have to pay 15 euro to get into which we couldn’t book into when we wanted because it was all booked out. Breakfast isn’t nice and there’s no proper area to eat it. On the plus side it has a good location and staff were friendly with directions and other questions. I would not stay here again was completely over priced and looked nothing like the pictures

To start with this hotel is located in a residential building little bit off the center of Sorrento and initially at least it's not easy to find. However the area it's located is a quite one and is just about 10 minutes away from the historical center of Sorrento. During the day the cleaning lady is serving also as receptionist, her English is not very good but she is quite helpful. During the evenings reception is not always occupied at all. The room I got was clean and quite spacious and the bed was convenient. The room has all the amenities the guest might need. The breakfast was quite poor-almost no vegetables, some salami, cheese, boiled eggs, pastries and the coffee from espresso machine. Overall it's decent place near the city center to stay for several nights.

Not sure where to begin with this place, but would not recommend. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, and we used the address in maps to find the place, but it only took us to a group of buildings, which we then had to walk around to find a sign stating it was VHomes. Then we walked up the stairs to find a lady sitting on the stairs who had been there for 2 hours waiting to get back into her room because they had accidentally walked out of the room without the key. There was no staff there to let us know how to check into our room, even though we had given them a time frame when we planned to be there. Fortunately, we found our key on the front desk, but then had to search for our room as there were no signs indicating the different room locations. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent size of the room, and were happy to find that they had AC (as advertised), and we could actually turn it on. The black out shudders worked great! The shower looked nice, but when we took showers, found that half the buttons to turn on the "spa" shower didn't work. Also, the shower head didn't fit correctly in the holder, so as soon as you turned the water on, the shower head hose would fall out of the holder, so basically you had to hold the shower head, or use the rainfall shower part. However, if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was ridiculous to have to hold the shower head the entire time while showering. Also, there was mold on the outside of the shower doors. We turned on the notification to not come in our room, as we do in every hotel we stay in, and make it up EVERY day, and EVERY day they came in our room and made our bed and opened the black out shudders, which we had purposefully left down in order to keep the room cooler. The staff was not friendly, the breakfasts were the exact same every day and were terrible, the coffee was disgusting, and overall, this place was WAY over priced what it should be. The 2 positives about the place were the working AC and the black out shudders. As for the rest...I would not recommend this place.

We stayed at Vhome as two couples. I did find the photographs on the website a bit misleading as the rooms are quite small but they are immaculately clean and very modern. The location was great - an easy walk into the centre of Sorrento and to the train station. The breakfast area is a bit strange - very small with a tiny balcony but adequate for our needs.

Just back from Vhome and would not go back. It was basically an apartment in a block of flats with no signage indicating how to find it and once you were inside the building, it stank to say the least. By chance, my wife pressed a button thinking that this was calling someone and a small lift with a door which was covered in dirt inside appeared. The reception and dining areas are tiny (all within one area) with limited breakfast choice in the morning, that is if you got a seat. The lady who was on reception had to bring the dirty dishes over to a press, which opened out to reveal a sink, where she would wash dishes as you tried to eat. The room was ok but no English channels on tv, The shower (bath)is just about to fall apart with rails etc unsafe and as for reception staff, I asked for a taxi to the airport and was told I would get a call in an hour to confirm - NO CALL. Our advice would be to stay elsewhere....

Do you know there is an iron or a hairdryer available in the room. Two women traveling on our own. The less we have to pack the better!

Hi there It's not far from the train station but we did struggle to find vhome just due to where it's located it off of the Main Street and then up another side street and not well sign posted so maybe a taxi would be better? There are plenty of taxis at the train station. We did manage to walk with our cases on the way back to the train station but this was once we had our bearings. I hope this helps, enjoy Vhome we certainly did.
