We are currently staying here in the Junior suite (it has a bath in the room) The location is fantastic for getting around Sorrento & local areas but the highlight for me so far is the onsite spa. We looked at the other day spas online & based on reviews had booked a couples package in advance -only to be let down on the day. My husband kindly booked me in here for a massage to make up for the mistake and I am so glad he did! As a therapist myself I like to try out different treatments whenever we are away on holiday, but this has to be one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Lovely therapist, great pressure & technique in relaxing surroundings. This spa is a wee hidden gem. I left feeling wonderful. Highly recommend booking in advance-you won’t be disappointed.
A great location that’s in the heart of the town. However, they need to inform guests that the spa needs to be booked in advance to be able to use the facility. Although the hotel does nothave a restaurant, there is plenty of choice in the locality to choose. Just be sensible on the location to get the best value. But, it’s a beautiful town.
Family of four stayed 6 days. We had a junior apartment . Great for a family of four. Breakfast was great! Love the cappuccinos. Front desk staff was always so helpful and knowledgeable about Sorrento. We went to Capri Positano, Amalfi and Ravello for day trips. would stay again.🇮🇹🍋
The hotel is located in the main street and is very convenient. The suites were clean and spacious. You can literally walk anywhere from there. We stayed for 4 nights. This was our hub. You can easily go to the other location (Positano, Amalfi etc.) via ferry. The front desk staff was excellent. Always helpful and provided us with options to eat and visit places. We unfortunately left an item back in the room and they thankfully reached out and made all the arrangements to get the item delivered to our next location in Florence. Amazing!!! I will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located on a nice narrow street, one block away from the main Tasso Square and from all restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are very nice with modern bathrooms and one of our rooms had a complete kitchen. The hotel is ideally located if your plans include walking through the city streets and it is very close to one of their marinas. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great base for the sightseeing tours that we took to Amalfi, Positano, Capri and the Blue Grotto. I would definitely return and recommend it.
This hotel had a lot going for it – Location in relation to the town, restaurants and beach clubs, plus the train station which was a 8 min walk away was excellent. The room was clean and modern with good air conditioning. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Could maybe have done with some more options for coeliacs as a lot was bread/pastry based but there was fresh fruit, cheese, meats and hot food like eggs and bacon. We opted for a room with a terrace which was a good size and came with 2x chairs, a table and a lounger. However, the noise was a huge problem. The road that runs by the hotel is the main road and is cobbled so all the motorbikes/vespas, buses, vans and trucks make a horrendous noise as they go past. The double patio doors on the room did not keep the sound out and we struggled not just inside when sleeping but on the terrace we both wore headphones a lot of the time which really ruined it. There is also a pub/bar and a restaurant directly underneath so if you want to go to bed before midnight this is not the place for you. If you are on the back of the hotel in a room with no terrace the noise may not be an issue. Only other small FYI is that the showers aren’t great. Rainfall shower but with terrible pressure and a lot of scale build up and then a small handhold which also had terrible pressure.…
Excellent location and service. The modern apartment was well equipped and with a balcony, which we enjoyed. The staff was very helpful and most accommodating. They helped with dinner recommendations, train reservations and recommendations for places to go and see and were always friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and generous. It's a wonderful location, which is always very important to us.
We stayed for one night. The room was a good size, nice and clean and there was a supply of tea/coffee/toiletries. The breakfast was good. Not much point in getting room with a terrace due to the constant loud traffic and fumes. Other than that it was a very good location in Sorrento- 10 min walk down to beach and right in centre with bars etc.
I highly recommend the Superior Apartment Suite (Room 401)...it was perfect for us as a family of 4 adults. The location is so convenient to everything in Sorrento including the harbor for a day-trip to Capri and the train station was just a short walk. We enjoyed the boutique aspect of the hotel, found it to be surprisingly quiet, and found each staff member to be so gracious, friendly, and helpful with everything from helping us make online train reservations to navigating a lost bag from the airline to locating the nearest grocery store. We enjoyed dinner at both restaurants on either side of the hotel - Ristorante Zi Ntonio and Star Pub Holy Burger - and loved the staff's recommendation for pizza at the nearby Pizzeria da Franco. I would absolutely stay here again!
We visited this hotel for 2 nights and it is an absolute gem in the centre of sorrento. Amazing staff who are very helpful and great giving you advise. Nice clean room. Basic but you don’t go to sorrento to sit in your room and had everything we needed. Nice continental breakfast and a very welcoming place. We told them the night before we left that there has been a humming noise all night in our room and on on leaving they took €50 off of our bill. No questions asked. Fantastic Thanks so much we will be back ⭐️
