The highlight of this hotel is their staff. Extremely accomodating and professional. We arrived a day early and the staff let us leave our bags over night while we went to the Amalfi Coast (so we didn't have to travel with them). They provided us with a nice room with a balcony. Rooms were a bit small, but the balcony...

The services provided by Hotel Sorrento City have been excellent. The staff has been very helpful in checking weather conditions, giving us directions, and suggesting places to eat. Their advice has been incredibly helpful for us to make good decisions and to keep us safe. In addition, the room is very clean and the breakfast is very good.

Sorrento is a beautiful city! This hotel is very conveniently located near the city center so everything is very close by and within a short walking distance: the train station, shops, restaurants, the marina. We were staying for just one night on our way from Rome to Capri, and I was traveling with family, so we weren't looking for any...

Stayed here for four nights and could not say a bad word about the place. The staff were so helpful when we needed something or had some questions about things around the town. They recommended a restuarant for us to go to which was excellent and gave us a few tips for travel that saved us money and made our...

We stayed here in early november for 2 nights. The room was small, but not by european standards. it is a short walk from the train station on the main road of the town. It is also an easy train ride to pompeii from sorrento. Very quant town and the lemoncello was amazing. Also, go to the bakery that is...

The location was fantastic. It was very convenient to access the public tranport and getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room would be quite small, as i normally booked a larger room. However, the service was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located no more than 5 mins from the station. Our room was ok. Clean bed and bathroom but like the other reviews - it is a little on the small compared to other hotels we've stayed in. It's not a big deal though, we had two back packs and a large luggage and it fit comfortably...

Stayed here for one night, I booked a room for 2 for about 77 Euros. A few general things about European hotels I've learned on my travels: - all tend to be small - don't pull the cord in the shower, it supposedly signals an alarm to the front desk for help - walls are thin - I still don't...

We were delighted with this hotel for a number of reasons. The location is excellent because you are right in the centre. It's also very reasonable in relation to pricing for hotels in sorrento. The main reason why we were delighted with this choice was because of the service. We have a small child and this hotel was very family...
