Location is very convenient and walking distance to bus, train, ferry, restaurants, etc. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very polite and nice. This gentleman at the front desk, Vincenzo, is very polite, helpful, and kind. Our stay was very good experience with this hotel. We'd like to thank the staff for their excellent service.

Nice hotel. Great location. Really cute town. We just stayed one night on our way to Capri but really should have stayed longer! There's a small store a couple of doors down from the hotel that sells kitchen utensils as well as other items. I wish I could remember the name. We bought a pizza "cutter" and other interesting items....

This hotel is right downtown and within walking distance to many shops and stores. The staff was very helpful with suggestions of eats. We had a room with a balcony which we enjoyed. Only complaint was the noise from the street but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Nice hotel. Very central to Piazza Tasso. The room was very clean, good air con, bathroom very clean, towels changed daily. The reception staff were very helpful, especially with bus timetables and printing them off for us and nothing was too much trouble. The roof garden was a plus and somewhere to sit and relax. The breakfast was continental which...

Small informal welcoming hotel 2 mins walk from the city square and 5 mins walk from the seafront. Comfy clean well appointed rooms, beautiful rooftop terrace, but the best thing was the welcome and the friendliness of the staff. Loved the place and would def stay again.

This lovely little European hotel is right in the heart of Sorrento - not more than a long city block from the train station. We arrived by train from Naples; it's a short down-hill walk to the hotel; on the main street right next door to an excellent smallish but comprehensive grocery store with lots of cafes and restaurants all...

Took ages selecting a hotel near the station and town centre having been to Sorento before. Imagine our disappointment to find out just before we travelled that the hotel was no longer available and therefore had to select an alternative hotel quickly from the limited choice offered. Selected the Ulysses and were very happy with it despite being further out...

I used this hotel as an overnight stop between Amalfi and my return to Rome via ferry across the Gulf of Naples. Hotel was very close to the central station and the bus depot used when arriving from Naples by train then taking the bus to and from Amalfi. Quiet hotel with easy access to the port via the steps...

This is a nice, clean hotel within an easy walk from the train station in Sorrento. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful as we needed directions and advice several times. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
