I have stayed at this hotel more times than I can count and every time it has been excellent. I run travel tours for a living and whenever I run a tour to Sorrento, this is my go to hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff go above and beyond for all their guests. The hotel is situated along...

We stayed here as part of the hotel pkg included in our tour of Italy through contiki in May 2012. You enter through these doors with Rs on them into the lobby right off the street. But will surprise you is that instead of going up in the elevator to floors above the lobby, it goes down. Lobby is top...

Excellent location: 7 min level walk to Tasso Square and another 5 to station. Friendly and helpful staff. Good spread for breakfast: cereal, bread/toast, yogurt, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, croissants, jams, cakes. Walls very thin which means noisy. Room had a damp smell. King size bed in room. Cleaned daily and fresh towels each day. Ironing room at hotel and self...

A very good hotel. Within a short walk of all amenities. The room was ideal and had everything you could have needed to use as a base for touring the local area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions or queries we had promptly. The food was of a good standard and reasonably priced with a...

We have just spent a week at the Rivage Hotel and just wanted to say how lovely it was. The room was great, spotless and cleaned every day, fairly basic but had everything we needed. No tea/coffee making facilities but this is the norm in Italy. Our room was a 'garden view room' which had a glimpse of the sea...

When you enter the hotel from the street level (Via Capo, a busy street close to the city center) you´re on the uppermost floor (4) which offers reception, pool and a restaurant with a view towards the Bay of Naples. The hotel offers rooms of different quality and price which are situated on the lower levels 1 to 3. My...

We dined at Rivage Hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant overlooks the harbour of Sorrento. The food was excellent and the service was fabulous. Went there the next day for coffee. Excellent again. Highly recommended.
