The hotel is close to the city center and close to the train station. We had no problem arriving there, it’s easy to find. It has a nice garden terrace with some tables at the entrance and lots of greenery. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even made a packed breakfast for us because we were leaving early in the morning at the checkout. Thank you, Giovanni! The rooms were tidy and they were cleaned every day. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are decently sized.

Although our travel plans changed and took us away from Sorrento and staying at the Michelangelo Hotel the staff was kind enough to give us a full refund, even though they did not have to since we were out of the full refund window. It always nice to deal with such a great hotel that can accommodate change of plans! Thanks again for your Kindness!!

Currently staying at the Michelangelo in room 116. The room itself has everything we need. Well maintained, very clean and nice decor. It is located in the annex building and without a balcony, but we did book the cheapest room, so we got what we paid for. Cannot say anything negative about the room in general. The staff at Michelangelo are really superb. Very helpful, friendly and really can't do enough for you. I would like to say a special thank you to Ciro especially and all the staff in the restaurant. The barmen in the Skybar and also the reception were very good too. The food in the restaurant has been excellent. Well prepared selection of seafood, meat and vegetarian choices. Location is perfect for the centre of Sorrento. I have worked in hotel management for many years and everything Michelangelo does in terms of service standards is exactly what I strive for in my own 4 star hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my clients, friends and family. Thank you Hotel Michelangelo for a great stay. AJO

Can be quite noisy at times due to location - to be fair haven't stayed here in so long but Sorrento is a great place to be. Food here as I remember was a bit basic. Some rooms are hit and miss depends where they are located on the small side perspective - went about x8 times so there must have been something of a pull to the place miss it greatly

We are so happy we chose Hotel Michelangelo for our six-night stay in Sorrento. The hotel is located just a short walk from the train/bus station and Piazza Tasso is within easy walking distance. We found the hotel to be very well staffed and well maintained. Our room (#601) was clean and comfortable and had a private corner patio that overlooked the pool. The breakfasts were excellent and well managed. The front desk was very helpful, even making a call to confirm a tour we were trying to book at a local olive farm. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with our stay and will absolutely chose Hotel Michelangelo for our next trip to Sorrento.
