As soon as we walked into the hotel we were made to feel as if we were part of a family. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had food in the restaurant one night of our 2 there, and it was amazing. The palazzo is located just far enough away from piazza Tasso to keep the noise down,...

One of our best hotel experiences, ever! Exceeded expectations. The property is in a great location in the heart of Sorrento, steps away from the main tourist area and Marina San Francesco. But don't miss taking the easy walk to Marina Grande, a delightful step back in time and with some great restaurants. The Palazzo itself is nothing short of...

We hated to leave. The palazzo is warm and inviting, nicely furnished, well-located for exploring Sorrento. The lower level lounges are very elegant, with plexiglass panels in the floor through which one can see ancient Roman artifacts. Our room had a full marble bath, luxurious linens on an oh-so-comfortable king bed, twice-a-day towel service, a small balcony with French doors...

To describe it as a quaint or luxury hotel is not quite correct. It's a fabulous, intimate bed and breakfast that also has luxury event and reception facilities and provides first-class, one-on-one service to each guest. Breakfast each day was an understated production, amazingly beautiful and delicious. My friend and I continued to be amazed and pleased with the level...

I stayed for two weeks and felt like it was home, not a hotel or bed & breakfast. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was outstanding every morning. An elegant experience in every respect.
