Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean but very dated decor. The food was very disappointing, no choice and bland. Lots of ants in our room, they did try to solve it. A disappointing first experience of Italy.
This was the fourth hotel on the tour. This place was ok. The bed was decent, room a little small but we were getting used to that. There was a balcony which was nice but too bad it was raining. Bathroom was ok, small shower...More
The staff in this hotel were absolutely fantastic and most definitely one of the highlights. Boundless enthusiasm :)
The pool area was also very nice and the location was great.

We were unfortunately part of a Tui deal and as such we had a twin room over the front entrance of the hotel. We had to keep our balcony door shut permanently as the noise and traffic fumes were unbearable. Directly opposite was a petrol station . Also during the night you could hear the deliveries to the hotel and also deliveries of petrol etc for the garage. I personally wouldn't return to this hotel but if I was going too; I would pay the extra for a better room. Unfortunately we were not told of any availability of any other rooms.
On a positive note Sorrento is beautiful and I would recommend local transport for trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The train to Rome is also very cheap and reliable. I hope you have a wonderful holiday.
