Detailed Reviews
This hotel is in the perfect location being just 2 minutes from the train/bus stations,
With connections to the sites of Naples, Herculaneum, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.
My room was large, clean and comfortable with incredible air conditioning..
The room had a balcony which was perfect for people watching over the busy strip.
The WiFi was excellent and fully secure.
There is a rooftop terrace with comfy seating and sun loungers.
The breakfast is all you can eat buffet with plenty of choices of cereals, cakes, breads with ham and cheese sliced to order.
The host is a lovely lady who is happy to advise on transports, visits and restaurants.
A recently refurbished hotel, which will be a full 3 star very soon I’m sure.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, final day being a wedding at Cloisters!
This is perfect for a 3 night get away! It’s nothing “fancy” but it’s clean, fantastic location literally a very short 5 min walk to the main square (which is just fabulous), directly in front of bus station yet not affected by it, restaurants and shops close by!
It’s immaculate! So clean! Fresh white sheets! Clean towels daily, and lovely lovely staff, I honestly don’t think they sleep 🤣
Breakfast was in basement and again basic but nice enough in a quaint little room, lovely coffee!
Totally recommend this hotel, perfect name “nice” 🤩

Perfect location with shortest walk from train station. Clean room and god shower. Street noise is very noticeable on first floor room I had with corner location facing 2 streets as windows are single pane. I kept bathroom door closed to help reduce noise. The in room safe had no instructions and had no power. Wish they would check that as part of housekeeping before guests check in.

Visited with family. Booking with mandatory elevator for a disabled person with no ability to walk the stairs. Elevator did not work, we were given rooms on top floor and staff refused to help with luggage

Great location, right next to Sorrento train station (less than 2 mins walk), and on the main street of Sorrento lined with shops. Only a 5min walk to Piazza Tasso which is the main square with restaurants and souvenir shops.
Room was clean and fairly new. Spacious bathroom and storage. Very noisy though - walls are very thin so you can hear people talking in the room next door, and you can hear all the noise from the main street as well (single-pane windows).
Breakfast is very poor - very small selection, and in the basement. We ended up eating breakfast out - plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
In summary great place to stay as a travelling base, but don't bother choosing the breakfast option.
P.S. One one night in my parents room, the TV turned on on it's own, around 2 and then 3am. Spooky? Make of that what you will.

Thsi Hotel is situated next to the train stations, conveniently placed and surrounded by great outlets of food, drinks, clothing and more. Overlooking a square with a small fountain, with taxi rank adjacent, the Hotel is well maintained, cleaned and extremely friendly. Restaurant is based on the basement, and the only downfall for restricted guests is the lift doesnt go all the way down. Breakfast well laid out, good choices and great coffee. Although its a hard job to get the correct coffee you want, but the taste is good not like some other places that the coffee is just hot clear water.
There is no marmalade and its not usual in Italy because the general public doesnt like the bitter orange marmalade, SHAME!!!!!
Bedrooms are very spacious, most with a small balcony and with a nice air conditioning in working order, WELL DONE.
Safe in room not working, or it was a mission to let it work, in the end we couldnt be bother to pursue the instructions.
Bathroom well lit, ample and very clean, few toiletries available and for a 1 star, this was very appreciated. A vending machine in foyer very helpful when you need a cold drink. Shame there was no bar.

Hotel Nice is located about 50 meters from the train and bus station in Sorrento. The hotel is absolutely fantastic steps away from the Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are located. The room that we had faced the main street and had a nice balcony with a table and two chairs. The room is a decent size, but the shower is fairly small but doable. The bed was soft and comfortable with very nice pillows. We got upgraded to a free continental breakfast which consisted of croissants, cheese, fruit, cold cuts and numerous other delectable items, plus a variety of fruit juices. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful giving suggestions where to visit and eat. The housekeepers do a great job cleaning the rooms.
The negative, no mini fridge in the room.
The positive, everything is in walking distance.
I would like to give a big thank you to Giulio and Francesco for always giving us sightseeing tips. Thank you to Grazia in the breakfast room for your warm welcome in the mornings. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location from the station - literally a two minute walk. Great location to the main square too, around 5 minutes.
The room was spacious and clean. The wardrobe area to put your case was great, and the iron and ironing board in the room was a great addition. My room was facing the back on the second floor; I heard no noise of an evening. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop area after a day exploring. Great chairs and sun beds!
Friendly service and safe hotel for solo holidayers!

Amazing stay! Stuff is super friendly, especially Genaro. He was very helpful with navigation through the city, making breakfast (everything was clean). Manager was nice as well, they give me upgrade to a bigger room and brand new shower. The location was perfect, I walked everywhere. The cleaning lady was there every day, the beds are comfortable. You cannot ask better stay at small Sorrento :)
