My wife, sister and wife's cousin as well as myself went to this lovely town of Sorrento and found this wonderful, peaceful, relaxing hotel called the Hotel Savoia, via Fuori Mura 46 in Sorrento. It's located on a not so busy street not far from the main square, only a short walk. The people are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast... More

We stayed here for two nights during our Italian trip. The family that owns the hotel is so nice. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great, showers had instant hot water. Very secure and safe. Would absolutely stay here again.

My mother, aunt and myself stayed here for 4 nights during a two week trip to Italy. We arrived and were given a room without a balcony. I talked with the owner and the next day we were changed to a beautiful room for three with balcony. It was lovely and made our stay very enjoyable. Location is close to... More

Formalities: Room, clean, tidy, air conditioning that worked, balcony to sit out on, fridge where all items were priced at one euro ( so reasonable). Breakfast plentiful included all the usual continentals, hams, cheese, fruits, cereals, ciabatta bread, a good selection of cakes / pastries, yogurts. The breakfast extra is a freshly cooked pancake or fried egg. The hotel is... More

We stayed at Hotel Savoia in Sorrento for 2 nights as part of a 3 week holiday in Europe covering Italy, France and Spain. And this was the ONLY hotel where we experienced rude behaviour and that too from one of the owners!! Savoia is a quaint hotel with nice rooms and the old fashioned lift where you have to... More

A very clean secure hotel run by a beautiful family. Room cool, shower a little small, but it is a 5 minute walk from the square. Would come back here any time. The lift is a little antiquated but unique. All staff so friendly and helpful and s nice buffet breakfast.

Our hosts were welcoming and friendly, staff very friendly. This is not the quietist motel I have stayed in but the owner was very appreciative when I mentioned the noise and I'm positive he will have looked into fixing any issues. I would definitely stay here again, nice and central to everything. We loved it!!

Location wise the hotel is good, close to the train station. Rooms are small, Wi-Fi is pathetic. Breakfast is average. Breakfast serving lady is welcoming and helpful. Overall, this was one of our least favorite hotels for our stay in Italy

A small family run hotel just outside the centre of town but still only 10 minutes walk from the main square, beach and train station. Very friendly staff and great service. The room was spacious enough and a high standard of decoration with a "well looked after" feel to it. It is hard to say anything bad about our stay... More

The Savoia was booked for us as part of a 3 day Amalfi Coast package and we are very glad the tour company chose this hotel. Spacious rooms, great buffet breakfast and staff/owners who would bend over backwards to make your stay as delightful as possible. The location was great with the main part of town a few hundred metres... More
