Beautiful hotel, very central for Sorrento town. We stayed on a half-board basis, and this allowed us to spend time exploring Capri and the Amalfi coastline. The food was excellent, the staff were lovely, and we can’t wait to return next year. Highly recommended.
This hotel is a real gem. Staff are all fabulous (especially those in dining area). Rooms were spotless and the air conditioning worked wonders. They have a zero waste policy and tend to grow as much of their own produce as possible and so for people interested in sustainability this is a real bonus. Filter water provided on each floor. The buffet meals were different every day and we were never tempted to eat elsewhere (which we usually do when staying half board). Great location approx 10 mins from the centre of town when walking and 20 mins from the station and marina. Would recommend if you are staying in sorrento.
An excellent hotel in every way. The staff were first class and we're both efficient and professional. It was our second stay, our first being our honeymoon and we were humbled by the offer of a free hydro spa session. Can thoroughly recommend.
Stayed here for a week with a friend for a much needed get away. We arrived after late in the evening but check in was quick and we arrived into our room with some sandwiches waiting for us in the fridge which was welcomed. Rooms: We were on the 5th floor overlooking the cliff so it was nice and peaceful. The rooms are a good size, with a large comfortable bed. Storage isn’t great however we managed perfectly well (2 ladies who never travel lightly!). We were surprised how spacious the rooms felt and they were lovely and clean thanks to the hard working housekeepers. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice of both hot and cold options. Coffee and juices were plentiful. Evening meals were equally lovely with plenty of variety available each day. This hotel is in the best location. The train station is a 10 min walk as is the to walk to the piazza square. This hotel operates a zero waste policy and there are recycle stations on each floor alongside the water fountains. The pool area is lovely however does lose the sun in the late afternoon unless you are lucky enough to grab one of the few loungers that stay in the sun most of the day. We didn’t choose to holiday purely for the sun so it didn’t bother us. The staff are all very very professional and helpful. They work so hard and are so welcoming. I could go on and on but I’ll leave it as - a fabulous hotel, great location and I will definitely be back! …
My stay was 14 nights in Conca Park Hotel This was my first time visiting Sorrento, I had planned it since last year. I cannot fault the hotel in any way From day 1 the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room I had was cliff facing with a balcony, it was so serene and peaceful, so relaxing , just what was needed. The food choices chamged daily and so much to choose from. Lovely fresh and delicious. The room cleaning lady was friendly and serviced thr room daily. I didn't use the wellness centre but ventured down to have a look round and pick up a price list. The lady was very friendly and informative, showed us around. The only down side of the hotel was having to leave.
I recently returned from the Conca Park Hotel I had a wonderful experience the hotel is in central Sorrento just a few minutes to the main shopping centre The Corso Italia.where there are plenty of shops selling everything from ceramics to leather items there are many coffee shops and restaurants. The marina is a short walk away where you can get a ferry to Capri which is well worth going to.The Tui rep at the hotel is Marco he is so helpful and informative if he does not have the information you need he quickly finds out for you what you need. The hotel itself is so wonderful the staff are so helpful and polite. The food is varied and well cooked. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the domestic staff are hard working and always willing to get you anything you need for your room. There is a long tunnel undercover leading to the reception from the road it is so clean and the walls are covered with modern art work.If you find it too much to walk up there is always a motorized cart similar to a golf cart were the staff will take you up its really good and so are the staff.I had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend it to all who want to be near the centre of Sorrento. Many thanks to all the staff for making my holiday special xxxx…

Stayed at Conca Park 21st to 28th October. Last week of the season. The hotel is absolutely 1st class. Very very clean in all areas. Staff were superb, always greeted you with a smile. We had a sea view room on the 3rd floor which offered beautiful views of Vesuvius and the bay of Naples. Food at breakfast and dinner was fantastic with a great selection. The hotel catered very well for my wife who is coeliac, a separate menu was available for her. The location is really good, close to the main part of Sorrento. Would definitely return here for another holiday. Thank you all so much. A big shout out to Fabio in the bar. Napoli to win the Champions League??
We returned to Sorrento 29 years after our first visit and decided to head back to the Conca Park for old time's sake. It was even better than we remembered. The room was great, kept spotlessly clean every day, and the staff were lovely - friendly and helpful. It's in a great spot, literally a minute's walk from the main road, Corso Italia. Good quality food at the breakfast and evening buffets, and there's an a la carte menu if you fancy something else. Hopefully it won't be as long till our next visit, and it will definitely be to the Conca Park again.
I would highly recommend this hotel, its clean, the staff are friendly, its in walking distant of the town and port. Restaurant offers a wide range of dishes at both breakfast time and evening dinner.
