We stayed 4 nights here in a suite. From arrival through the end, Bellevue Syrene was special. As we drove up we were greeted by someone who helped us with our bags and someone who would show us in and explain. They took us to a room where there is always complimentary food and drink (from like 10am to 10pm) and we had a glass of Prosecco while he checked us in. Our room was very clean at all times. Our towels were refreshed as needed at least one added time each day beyond the daily cleaning. Their pier with loungers on it was wonderful (as you pass the Roman ruins on the way to it). The staff works very hard, and is always pleasant and helpful. A truly wonderful stay.

Celebrated our 10th anniversary here for an evening meal. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like special guests. Food was to die for with spectacular views over the Bay of Naples. Prices were above average but worth every penny, go there and enjoy.

We spent a week here in late summer for our honeymoon. As other reviewers have written, everything about this hotel is properly five star: the accommodation, the facilities (the club lounge with free food and drink between 10am and 9pm is terrific for light lunch, afternoon snack, apéritif...), the staff, the location... We had a sea-view superior double room with breathtaking view (from two balconies!). Special mention for the breakfast buffet and its terrace. As other reviewers have mentioned, even if the hotel is full, it feels quiet and uncrowded - always a table available, no competition for sunbeds on the pontoon, etc. Any negatives at all? The daily parking charge was a bit steep, we felt (25 euros per day), but the personal service of having someone whisk it away at the entrance and park it for you/retrieve it for you when you asked was much appreciated (given the stresses of driving in the area). We shall certainly return for a significant anniversary, if we can. This is splendid luxury of the highest order - a total indulgence.

We stayed here for the first time in 2013 at Christmas and absolutely loved the hotel. My in laws have come back almost every year to celebrate their anniversary. We decided to give it a try again as we loved Sorrento when we visited. The hotel itself is stunning. We had a Deluxe Ocean Room which had a beautiful view and large terrace to sit out on. All white interior set against the scenery of the mountains and the sea made it such a relaxing stay for us. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and we slept really well despite the time change! We will definitely request this same room when we return. Room rate included breakfast and then all day club lounge access. We aren't really breakfast people so I can't comment on the buffet - we mainly got eggs and prosecco every morning. Other guests seemed to enjoy it though. The club lounge access was a nice feature. All day varieties of snacks and then prosecco - red and white wines - coffee, tea, sodas. Shout out to Franco in the club lounge who went above and beyond and was the friendly face during our stay. I loved interacting with him. He makes the best Aperol Spritz! The other nice thing is that even though we went during peak season, the hotel never really felt particularly crowded. The club lounge was usually pretty empty so you could always find a seat - and the hotel although very full, was generally very quiet. What I was surprised about this time around was how cold the rest of the staff seemed. I don't remember it being this way in 2013 and my in laws always rave about how well they are treated when they are there. I didn't feel that way. In some cases they didn't even acknowledge your existence, or look happy to be there. In other cases, it felt like they would greet my husband and then let me pass without saying a word. I didn't feel the service from staff matched the prices that they charge for rooms. I was expecting a little more. Overall, I would not let this deter us from staying here again as the hotel is truly beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sorrento. This was one of the most relaxing trips we have had as there is something very serene about the place.

What a stunning hotel! Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous and beautifully appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful and anticipated your every need. That breakfast room! Not only was the variety and food fabulous, but the terrace where you could sit for breakfast is also the stuff you see in movies. We loved the fact that they had the beautiful sunroom where you could help yourself to cold drinks or snack. Warning! This hotel causes instant Instagram envy! It's stunning! We wish were still there! We have already fondly reminisced about our stay here. Would come back in a heartbeat.
