This hotel was like something out of a gorgeous movie. Romantic, tasteful and spectacular. We stayed in the Lord Astor Suite and it was amazing. The scene, the view, the service, style and location were absolutely breathtaking. An experience of a lifetime. We enjoyed every moment.

Our stay at Bellevue Syrene was amazing! The attention to detail and service are impeccable and our room had the most incredible views of the Bay of Naples. Aesthetically, this hotel is stunning. It has a very modern and artistic feel to it. Every employee was polite and helpful and tolerated our very terrible attempts at Italian. Our room was clean and huge and had incredible views. The hotel's breakfast, included in our rate, was one of the best I've ever had with a huge variety of food. I spent an hour each morning taking in the spectacular views of the bay while sipping coffee, eating some delicious food, and relishing in the glory of the moment. The hotel is perfectly located just outside of downtown Sorrento and it was quiet and an easy walk to downtown. It was also a good home base for trips to the Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Pompeii. We stayed over New Year's Eve and our rate included a NYE cocktail reception and dinner. It was an incredible event capped off with fireworks starting at midnight and continuing throughout the night (the people in Sorrento definitely love their fireworks!) Overall, Bellevue Syrene was one of the best hotel at which we've ever stayed and we cannot wait to come back.…

This hotel is everything a 5 star hotel should be. The attention to detail in every aspect from the decoration , to the concierge service ( so kind and helpful) , the food and the stunning views. It was perfect ! Our favourite hotel during our Italy trip. True hospitality in a spectacular setting. We will be back.

Beautiful historic hotel with spectacular coastal views coupled with superb service, food and super friendly staff that does everything to make your stay enjoyable. Location is excellent adjacent to Old Town, shops and restaurants. This hotel is 5 star all the way in every category. Book with confidence. You will not be disappointed. A truly memorable experience. I miss the cat sleeping at reception.

Where do I start, this hotel is stunning. Every aspect of the architecture, furnishings and hospitality is at the top end of luxury. It is set on a cliff with breathtaking views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius Volcano. The rooms are so tastefully furnished with modern yet classic touches. Each room has expensive art and artifacts which really make you appreciate the efforts hotel has gone to to make this a special place to visit. Every room has access to the club lounge. The food is very light, but the drinks are plentiful and high quality and the service in the lounge by Franco in particular was second to none. Both Francescos (the concierge and at front desk) are totally amazing and the hospitality they gave and the lengths they went to fulfill my requests was outstanding. Also the manager at the beautiful restaurant needs a special mention for making my husband's birthday meal very special! The hotel is ideally located to do all the sightseeing including Capri Island, Amalfi Coast/Positano, Naples and Pompeii. The train station and bus stops are all walking distance as is the Marina to catch the ferry. In fact use the special lift from the hotel to get to the Marina. The Bellevue Syrene is a beautiful property and it far exceeded our expectations. We felt like valued guests everywhere we went on the property. Our room was beautiful and you can't beat that view! The staff made our anniversary celebration very special.

We had our small wedding in the Bellevue Syrene and it was a fantastic choice for us, as it could not have been any better. We had a fabulous room, overlooking Naples Bay, for our stay there and all the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. The room we used for our wedding (Villa Pompeiana) was spectacular and the meal was really loved by us and all our guests. We loved the Belevue Syrene and it really is a special place.

This hotel was one of the best places that we have stayed ever anywhere in the world. The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly - knew us by name. The breakfast in the morning was one of our favorite experiences in Italy and the wine and snacks out all day were welcome at the end of a long day of touring. The rooms were large and very comfortable - the views were stunning. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious! We even had live music. The hotel was well located within walking distance of the sweet town of Sorrento. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would!!

A family run hotel in the very best tradition of hospitality and taste. The decoration was modern and remarkable with great local glass sculpture everywhere. The rooms faced the bay of Vesusio and our junior suite was perfect. We normally avoid eating in hotel restaurants but their restaurant was truly exceptional and gourmet. The personnel were all helpful and delightful. Free bar service every afternoon ! We ll return

My husband and I picked Sorento as a coastal town near Naples airport & to try something other than the infamous Amalfi coast. This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The concierge is SO responsive, I had 75% of my stay planned out by the time I arrived. The staff is always greeting you with a smile & are always ready to direct you around the property and offer helpful suggestions (i.e., quicker routes to dinner) Their Beach club isn't "truly" a beach, but rather a beautiful pier-like setup with beach chairs and access to go swimming in the sea. We enjoyed their daily "tea time" & "happy hour" that featured a great assortment of treats. I fell in love with Sorrento for it's small town vibe, but truly felt spoiled when I would return to this coastal hotel and unwind. ️
